I had a great short vacation at Swiss Garden Residence in Kuantan. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the location — the attached theme park was exceptional and perfect for kids, offering plenty of fun and excitement. Just a short distance away is Pantai Balok, an underrated gem. The beach was surprisingly clean, peaceful, and safe for children to swim and play freely. The surrounding area is also a plus, filled with a variety of restaurants serving delicious local food. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay — perfect for a short family getaway.

The unit I booked was ideally located on the ground floor, facing the pool area, which added a delightful touch to my stay. Being on the ground floor provided easy access without the hassle of stairs or elevators, making it perfect for families with kids. It's also conveniently situated right by the beach, allowing for quick and easy access to the shore. The unit was well-equipped with kitchen amenities, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates, cups, and utensils, making it convenient for light cooking or reheating meals. I was particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming staff during check-in, and the host graciously allowed a late check-out at 1 PM, which was a nice bonus. Overall, my stay at this unit was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene beach getaway. I can't wait to return!

Bed is comfy, clean and tidy. Staff very attentive to message and reply promply even until 1030pm.

Booked for 5 adults and 1 kid, but 2 of us have to sleep futon and without extra pillows and blankets. Washing machine is very dirty as we travelling for many days, we purposely booked with washing machine, but the washing machine was too dirty to use. We encountered whole building no water supply and forced to bath at ground floor public toilet using bidet pipe. Thought it's management issue but it's really bad experience for us. Overall the building is a bit rundown, but the unit is good and clean.

The beach is located right next to the apartment, making it easy to switch from the pool to the sea for more fun. There are also plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby, all reasonably priced. The pool area feels like a mini theme park, featuring four water slides—two designed for adults and two suitable for children.

The pool, however, is not very clean. Although it is cleaned daily, you can still see dirt and small debris at the bottom when you look closely.

AC In Living room was not that cold but manageable. When informed, Host suggested sending an air cooler as supplement. TQ. Water heater in one of the bathroom not working, but another was working in the 2nd bathroom... Anyways..nothing that can't be fix by a handyman.

We had a very good stay! The hotel is in a great location—close to many tourist attractions, especially the beach, which made it super convenient for us. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was a highlight of the trip. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only downside was that the pool got a bit crowded during the weekend, but it’s understandable given the popularity of the place. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely come back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Swiss Garden Residences by Nature Home. The unit was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing night in Kuantan. The check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The location was close to the beach with easy access and dining options. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back in the future!

i like everything about this stay. very good host, with easy instructions, easy to check in and check out. Complete facilities with washing machine and parking is also available. the house is also clean. surely will come again

My booking stated I booked for the house with 1 queen bed and 2 futon beds, but the house only has 1 queen bed and 1 sofa. However, the host was good and prepared 2 single beds. it's ok lah.. it is better if the host could prepare pillows with the beds.

Parking was very convenient. Home was adjacent to the service lift, easy to go down to the pool or up to the parking. Home is very clean with amenities like microwave, washing machine, fridge, induction cooker, internet, iron and netflix available. Pool was amazing with slides and is very theme park-like. A lot of eateries nearby and to go to the kuantan town takes about 30min. Theres a mart nearby and small mart at ground floor. All in all, really enjoyed our stay.

Only minor issue. No garbage plastic bag provided to put our rubbish (the dustbin is not layered with garbage bag) and we are expected to throw our rubbish at the designated place. Pls look into it. It would be nice if laundry detergent is also provided. Tq

Clean apartment at 7th floor, end unit facing the beach (beach partially hidden by another tall apartment in front/ side). Well equipped kitchenware & home appliances (fridge, washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, kettle). Good wifi with Netflix. Large pool with several water slides - perfect for family with kids. Direct access to the beach. Easy check-in & out (owner will give instruction via watsapp to collect the key from mail box) Variety of shops (convenience store, coffee shop, etc) & eateries nearby.

Small issue - shower head hanger is loose, hence u have to hold it during shower. Access gate to the beach is closed at 7pm.
