I have the best experience at the cafe. the food was affordable yet very tasty. the ambience were great & super clean. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. The room was comfortable, I slept soundly. No ghost encounter. I love that they put Quran with English translation in the room and sejadah. I also can find the kiblat very easily. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The wifi connection was stable and fast speed, the pool was huge and the kids love the pool.

The playground was poorly maintained. There were some parts broken here and there and Im worried that my kid might get injured while playing at the playground. Some tiles at the pool have came off and did actually injured my kid's leg. Since the pool was occupied by mostly kids, i think its important to keep the facility safe for them to enjoy.

The condition of the pool is quite crowded because it is mixed with outsiders. The hotel should limit users from outside either according to a certain day or time. Those of us who stay at the hotel have to share the pool with outsiders who come in a lot and this situation makes it less comfortable when the pool is too crowded and there is no privacy for us who stay at the hotel. The pool also has an unmaintained section where my son was injured by a broken tile. For the room in good condition, clean and comfortable. Only the hotel needs to add more lights for lighting. Breakfast is ok but lacks choice and the menu is not many but worth the fee charged by the hotel. It's just that the hotel needs to improve the taste and diversify the breakfast menu.

What is not good is regarding the use of the pool which is too crowded with outside visitors and does not give any advantage to the hotel guests.

Swimming pool was amazing and very nice & breakfast was so delicious. Many variety of food there.

Facilities - the lift are not working so pls fix it & the playground are not safety, need to repair due to most of the item are damaged Room - lighting to dim and no air refreshener/spray in room - air conditioning not working and we move out into the next room in the midnight - the sink in the bathroom are not properly working & the pipe also stuck but still working

A good value for the room rate. Nice place for those have children, the pool facilities is quite nice for children. A walking distance to the beach from the pool side. A very nice buffet style breakfast provided.

Maybe the cleanliness still can improve a little bit, especially for the food room service. After the room guest finished their meal, the guests just put the dishes along the walking corridor until the next day the dishes still remained there.

- propose to allocate towels to hotel guests using the pool (less wet floor in hotel). - to resurface sidewalks to pool&beach for smoother wheelchair movements. - hotel provided shampoo & soap too far from shower head. - to provide more wet hanging cloth area in room.

Love the pool and breakfast spread! Room was spaciouss!

There were rubbish under the bed. Not properly cleaned most probably because, well, not all people look under the bed.

Swimming pools are large & well maintained.. Garden is clean & just like my visit many years ago. Snack cafe is next to swimming pool. Can snacking when hungry. Room is large & our family managed to get the rooms connected to each other.

The old pool is still abandoned/under maintenance.

Value for money, room and the beach is clean.

The access door to the beach closed at night. No activity at night. The breakfast buffet menu is limited, no chicken curry or any protein available only hotdogs and not value for money. The staff at the cafe, especially at the egg station is not friendly.

The resort's key attraction & unique selling point was - a) the 4 swimming pools suiting different guest b) the nemo camp c) the wide private beach & sea view d) the woodball fairways & course e) the well kept garden & playground A resort with all-in-one attraction. Staff were friendly, helpful & accomodative Parking ample. Resort location close to Balok Sentral and the many local eateries

Please include breakfast with kids. Not all kids ate too much like my daughters,they just ate a small cup of cornflake only.
