Cleanliness of the room was superb; it's hotel standard. Wifi was good.

Check out time was latest by 11am. Should be 12pm as usual practice in this country. Pool water was not crystal clear; please highlight this to the building management.

I do like the place because its quite spacious for a good price and ITS SEAVIEW! We were do comfortable and the pool is definitely amazing. We do not need to worry about our safety since everywhere you go access card is needed. And the property are surrounded with marts and multiple cafes and restaurants. They even have 3 different vending machines at level G. Its so close to the beach and its not crowded and the pool were nice.

I didn't like that the main door sound when its windy it can be annoying and i hate it when it doesn't have carpet and floor mat at the kitchen and they did not provide us broom for us to sweep the floor if there's sand and the tv doesn't have netflix but we brought HDMI cable so its fine. There's no wifi😭 but we used that opportunity to socialise.

Value for money. Very nice and clean Beach, just walk from Residence Hotel to private beach within 3mins from Swimming pool. Many types of swimming pools and facilities good. Stay for 2nights, 1st day bedsheets a bit not clean, but after voice out the issue they change it for us. So Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Highly recommend. Around 15mins to 20mins drive go everywhere famous dining and city. Especially Alor Akar Seafood Restaurant, delicious and not expensive.

Almost Everything. The beach, the view, the pool, the location. .. Kedai makan everywhere.. Food truck Night market by the black sand beach only 5 min drive, two thumbs up 4 their tauhu bakar.. There's even a batik factory near bandar cherating thats open to public. I booked the cheapest units available. Theyre not perfect, but definitely worth it.

Unit in bolck A wasnt throughly cleaned. Sitting on sofa you can clearly see dust n debrie under kitchen cabinet. Note to host; Pls provide 2 access card. Esp for block B unit where you must have access card to exit the lift lobby. Tqvm

This property has 2 air conditioned rooms (1 room with 1 queen bed, 1 room with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with kitchen appliances except for microwave, and an air conditioned living room. I love that this property is complete and really feels like a home. There are other facilities like swimming pool, game room, playground, mini gold field etc and the compound is clean too. This property is exactly next to the beach and very close to restaurants and convenience store.

The inside of this property is not cleaned throughly. There are substantial amount of rubbish and dust under the kitchen cabinet.

The room is super comfortable and clean. They have pool and back door to go to the beach. The host provide details instruction to check in which make it more easier.

It's more convenient if host can put staff standby on the night. My friend left the power key in the room and try to contact the customer service as she cant enter the room without the power key. No one answer till morning, and need to check in another hotel nearby. I aware that's our careless. Anyone want to stay here please alert to bring all of key when you left the room.

My second time booking at this property. Really enjoy my trip this time as we booked for two nights. Spacious house with 2 bedroom and complete with kitchen stuffs. The kids enjoy the huge swimming pool and got direct access to the beach.

Late check in at 3pm and early check out at 11am, such a turndown on this matter. Booked two house, and one house have a lot facilities that broke such as room light flickering, water hose leaking. Overall can be improve more.

Breakfast is not provided by the host however there are plenty of eateries nearby the property where you can choose varieties of local cuisines as well as fast-food outlets such as subway and etc. The location of the property is by the seaside and we love it so much..

The host only provides one access card to the property which is quite troublesome if one of us needs to go out of the property, the remaining guests staying would be unable to go out of the property before the one who has the access card comes back.

relax and be able to see the view of the rising sun. so beautiful Nearby places to eat, if you come here don't forget to stop at the watak coffee shop, the food and coffee are delicious and satisfy our family's appetite.

In the future to be able to have more than one key or entry card, because all available facilities must have an exit/entry card. if there are 2 cards, it will remind other family members. This is a suggestion to improve your service as a customer who is facing this problem
