Spacious for family of 4 Good view for sunrise Only A few minutes drive from Restaurant Pak Su Seafood - Must try butter prawns & salted egg squid.

The hotel restaurant had a few private event bookings few days in row , as consequence we were unable order food / room service or had to delay our food order. As full paying hotel customer we felt unappreciated by hotel restaurants. Another cafe (Puteh Beach Bar) had the worst hospitality , messed up our orders and left us waiting without completed orders for TWO hours. No apologies, very defensive attitude and only apologised much later after we got very upset.

The chalet and village concept makes it a perfect getaway destination for a family. It is located superbly close to the private beach that has ATV and giant swings too! The ambiance is great and if I could coin in one word, Adena is purity.

I spoke to the front desk lady about all the reviews that I read from the net, and she brought up about hairdryer issues. I experienced the same, requesting for hairdryer since the day I arrived, and only last day, I got to use it, after talking to the frontdesk. Apparently she said, the frontliners has brought the matters up to the management but I believe they are spending cautiously as I think they are recuperating from Covid impact. So, give them sometimes. Maybe the management can look into changing all the yellowing towels, so that it gives a better sense and experience. And once Adena is recovers, maybe changing the mattresses can be another project. All three best Adena.

So this is my honest opinion. 1) check in was a breeze and on time. Just remember to have a rm100 cash deposit when you check in. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2) was given an anniversary deco without me asking. That was really sweet, a really nice touch 3) beachfront property. Beach was clean. Pool was cleaned daily, big. Just remember your coupon to exchange for pool towel. 2 coupon given when checked in 4) sands cafe food was very good and affordable. Ordered the beef burger and lamb chop. Big portion and delicious. Service abit slow but its okay, we enjoyed the beach breeze and view. 5) buffet breakfast for 2 comes with the room. Breakfast choice was abit limited but enough to satisfy us. The egg station was a nice touch. The food was very good, staff was diligently topping up food and cleaning tables. Bfast from 7.30-10.30am 6) every room provided with iron and iron board, hair dryer, and prayer mats with kiblat direction 7) the second day was abit rainy. Staff provided us with umbrella without us asking 7) alot of eateries and mini markets nearby Review for the accomodation a) garden chalet Pro: was able to park right in front of your chalet. The room was very big, with a balcony looking out to the garden. Room was clean and everything works Cons: abit far from the pool and beach. I had knee problem so walking around is an issue. b) beach chalet second day we changed to beach chalet. Pro: it was much nearer to the beach, pool, sands cafe and breakfast area. Room was clean and everything works. Free dental kit was given with the beach chalet, not with garden chalet. Cons: smaller and more expensive than the garden chalet. So if you come with children and don’t mind walking, then better to choose garden chalet Overall, it was a very good and pleasant stay. I’m very happy with everything and we enjoyed ourselves. For the price which is so much cheaper than Hyatt or swiss garden, you still get a 4 star hotel treatment and accommodation.

1) abit far from teluk chempedak, where most of the action is. But still if you have a car, its only a 20mins drive 2) furnitures are dated, with small damages here and there. Still very comfortable and didn’t really affect our stay 3) wifi was abit annoying. Especially when staying at beach chalet, the wifi was unstable. So mostly we use our phone data. 4) the tv channels was only local channels. If movie channels was provided, or netflix at least, that will be much better. 5) the beach is not safe for swimming. Really big waves and strong current.

The garden chalet i stayed in was new, clean and spacious. Aircond was in every room including the living area. Not far to walk to the lobby/restaurant/beach. The beach was clean and easily accessible from the hotel. Not many people which i liked. There was also ATV ride (with a fee) but it was so fun and highly recommended!

The buffet breakfast was ok. You get what you paid for which is a decent spread but nothing special. However, the seating arrangements or the availability of seats can be improved. Peak hour is 8.30am-9am which can result u standing by the side waiting for others to finish up till u get a table. Perhaps can change the huge round banquet tables to a more appropriate medium size table fit for a hotel restaurant setting. The banquet table can be unappealing.

The resort location is excellent as it was not too far from amenities, and there were many restaurants/eateries just outside the resort. The beach is clean (we saw the workers sweeping the beach and compound daily, more than once a day), and the whole area is just calm and peaceful. We stayed at the premium beach chalet, and we highly recommend it.

Our only comment would probably be the breakfast buffet - some of the food items were bland (but not bad). However, if you're feeling adventurous, you can always venture out of the resort for breakfast, lunch and dinner as there are multiple places to eat nearby.

Has openspace

Really noising with music 8.00 pm until 12.00 at night from the bar is located approx 50 meter from resort and caused disturbing for relaxing and had breaches privacy. Also disturbing by people who are walking through resort to bar and got some people drunk make noising pass by the resort from the bar.

I took the Beach Chalet, it was a great experience. Room was good, the facilities were good, the staff was slow in responding but with follow up, you'll get what u need. Ive heard so many bad remarks/comments about the resort, but my experience was absolute charming. Even the hot water and aircond worked well(unlike the comments). PUTEH BEACH was excellent, please try their Beef Burger, i honestly would come back just for that. I didnt get a chance to try the resort's full breakfast spread, only had 1 dish, their Lontong (Raya period), and it was creamy and delicious. Give this place a try, do consider the bad remarks. But be open minded to the beauty of the place. BEACH SIDE is RECOMMENDED.

They did not have smart TV, only standard channels. Please freshen up the furniture in the banquet, chairs are disgusting. I was worried i might get infection from the chairs. Thats all, i just love the place. And would definitely repeat!

- nice location next to the beach, swimming pools are also available - a lot of restaurant & town nearby, near to drive to the kuantan city as well - variety of choices for breakfast - ample & nearby parking place

- room design & facilities can be improved, some of them are already old & out of date. but these definitely did not bother me much, still a good place to stay

This one of my happy stay at beach resort hotel. I checked in at night before new year. The receptionist staff Tahqif was really nice and the check in process was fast. Got large parking area, so there's no problem on parking. Breakfast was good and the food were delicious! This hotel got large swimming pool area. My son enjoy swimming there and towel provided beside pool. Beach is only walking distance! I requested to change nearest room because my first room was bit far (also i'm 8months pregnant and exhausted), and the receptionist staff politely helped me to get new room. Thank you very much!

My first room got leaking at toilet ceiling, and no qiblat direction which is hard for me as muslim to find qiblat direction. Turns out the qiblat sign was torn off and its in desk drawer! Room floor was bit sandy but its okay because thats why this hotel called beach resort.
