The location is good,very easy to find. Price quite reasonable with the provided room. Staff is nice. Room is comfortable,complete with prayer mat. Iron available outside the room.

Can be improved on amenities (proper closet, improved floor -not fully parqueted, minibar) but totally understandable with the offered service. Room not fully sound proof, as sound of tv still can be heard at the reception-but we are ok.

Only have two pillow. Need to pay extra pillow... Huhu TV channel not very good. Need to fix it because the guest need it to watch something while relaxed in the room.

Location is good. Near to all restaurants along the hotel. Easy access to Kuantan town or Cherating.

Its not beach front. Gotta drive to the nearest beach. Hotel just next to main road. Room is not sound proofing hence can hear traffic in the room. If you are light sleeper, request room that is not facing main road.

This is my repeated stay. It is convenient,worth the money, staff are good and everything will be taken care as much as possible. Near to foodplaces with variety of food.

I used to backpack alot and nothing for me not to like about the property. The stay is good enough for our rest before we go out to venture again!

strategic location very near go beach and easy to find restaurant to eat

i take family room with staircase .. i think staircase if put more precaution for safety small kids should be ok.. cause gap pillar very big small kids can fall down..

Nothing

We stayed in the loft unit. It fit 4 of us comfortably. The staff were all professional and courteous. Toilet was clean. Hot water was available too! Beds were comfortable.

Picture vs reality was a little different but nothing too drastic. I think in the pictures, the unit looks bright and airy due to the wide angle.

It's very spacious, comfortable. The AC is cold too.

The location was a little far from the city, but still easily access to restaurants!

Receptionist & room is ok. Gonna repeat to stay here again. A lot of parking space. Many option of restaurant for dinner. Kinda near to Pantai Batu Hitam.
