The privacy of this hotel.Not noisy n you feel casual n easy like at home.Beach is just a walking distance behind the hotel.My room is clean n quite spacious. Comfy bed n pillows.Air cond working good.Toilet is clean n have toothbrush n tooth paste,body cream n soap.There is a mini fridge n coffee tea facilities.Rates r reasonable n affordable.

The hotel is quite far to go to Kuantan town as it is in Beserah so no shopping for me.

The beach was super near with breathtaking views - literally at your doorstep.

Breakfast for 2 was great for the value, as it came with the room. Spread was reasonable however the egg station was demotivating. The half-boiled eggs were quarter ready and couldn't be consumed. Perhaps the egg-station could be improved by having the staff manning it, as in other hotels - this happens to be the favourite part of most of us, travellers..we love our eggs to be perfectly moist and delicious, every time!

Thought it's not in the centre of Kuantan, the location is strategic. Lots of eateries nearby, not hard to find food. Or can just order from Grab, lots of choices. The hotel has its own car park. Very friendly staff especially the receptionists. Our room was provided with 2 pair of indoor slippers, 3 hangers, kettle, cups, glasses, mini fridge, toothbrushes besides the normal stuff you get from other hotels. Shared ironing board & iron is provided outside the rooms. The best part is the beach is just behind the hotel. Beautiful & clean beach. Not crowded at all during our stay.

If only the housekeeper can put extra efforts to ensure the cleanliness. When we checked in, there were clumps of hair beside the toilet seat. We can see partial view of the beach from our window. Sadly, it wasn't clean from the outside so kinda spoil the mood. And I think it's time to change the day curtains. It got holes on it & quite dirty.

The location, nice building, ample parking, nice ambiance as I enter the hotel and in the room, toilet/shower is perfect, very comfortable room, lots of toiletries provided. Places to eat nearby.

I needed the payment receipt for my business claim. As I checked in and paid for the room, I was told by the reception that receipt will be given when I check out. As I checked out the next day, I was told it will be emailed to me. Five days passed, still no receipt. Dropped them a msg AND email via Booking app, no replies. I called them this morning and finally got my receipt later in the evening.

Breakfast just nice. During my stay, got fried rice and noodle, sausage and wedges, porridge, fruits, bread with their spread, omelet kitchen and hot & cold drinks. It simple but it's just nice... would be good if have nasik lemak 😜. Location near beach and it is a stretch long beach that good for morning walk while enjoying sunrise. Got variety of local cuisine/restaurant nearby the hotel. About 20 min driving to Kuantan town. More and less 10 min to Teluk Cempedak ( depend on trafic laaa... banyak kereta, lambat la sampai)

This is a great hotel with spacious room and clean bathroom. The back is facing the beach and also they have a pub facing the beach that comes alive in the evening and extends throughout the night. Did not expect this in Kuantan. Room service is goo and food is also tasty.

A bit isolated from shops or malls. No 7-11 nearby only a petrol station. Need to have car to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is reasonably price espacially the family suite room.There are 2 toilets n so convenient for my family.The room is spacious n has seaview. So much privacy n near to beach.Happy that we can order Grab food here.

Too quiet.not lively at all..Breakfast is too simple n the food is not tasty.Had fried mihun n fried rice .Scramble eggs n baked beans r ok.This hotel is in Beserah so quite a distance to go to Kuantan town by Grab car.

Just Okay. Room is nice and cozy, near to a calming beach. Frontdesk staffs and Customer service team is very attentive to all my complaints.

Staffs are not properly trained maybe because majority of them are young. Hospitality issues is all i have in my stay. Very loud housekeepers, i cant really have a great rest after breakfast because the housekeeping team is making loud noises (laughing and playing) around the level. Not so much variety and options for breakfast and lunch menus.

The room was comfy and all the basic amenities are provided. The best part, pantai batu hitam was just behind the hotel. Easily access and not many visitors. However, need to be careful when going to the beach, as those areas, the current are quite strong compared to other places. Overall, recommended for a short getaway.

Reasonable price with clean,good,value for money,very good staff which attentive to guest especially those work for breakfast buffet. They are very kind, polite and attentive. Room is good, we love especially the parquet floor. Effort also been put to consider the environment especially for the toiletries.
