All are good and nice place to stay. The room is very good and very clean. The best part is the wifi coverage with the speed are unbeliveable. The shop, the clinic and the restaurant are around the corner.

Fully furnished unit - built-in cabinets, electrical appliances, kitchenware, lighting fixtures, furniture and beddings. Extra blankets and pillows would be great to have. Location of the apartment close to the shops and food stalls/restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean. The host was friendly.

The host was very helpful and always responded to my query. The unit is well maintained. Very well interior designed as well. We love the pool and the beach.

Designated parking is a bit far and only 1 access card is provided. It is a bit difficult for us because we have to move in group. We need to bring the access card event to use the elevator and to go to parking lot.

The best part was TV wasn't working the owner came all the way from sekinchan with new TV.Really unexpected.Over all Was good Thank you owner and his son

the owner is so nice and really helpful. easy to deal with especially when i need to reschedule back my booking in short notice and he is really understanding the house is cozy, clean, got a view from the balcony, 2 door of fridge, have washing machine too.

the house a bit far from the parking area. as i'm coming with my parents, they need to walk quite far to reach the house when they no longer fit enough to do so. my bad not checking first before booking considering i'm coming with my parents. the toilet could be more clean,

sea view, air cond, shower facility, kitchen, full-size refrigerator, high floor atv rides at the beach.

There is no tissue provided and mini jug to put the drinking water. Other than that, everything is ok 👍🏻

Room is clean and tidy. All facilities well functioned.

This is general comment, to the management of the building. The “FINE RM100” for those who make dirty to the floor is not really nice i believe. It seem like threathen to the customer. Better to prepare some facities for the customer for them to clean them self instead of making a threats to the customer. Look unprofessional.

Overall quite clean but could've been better if the rubbish left in the cupboard under the sink were cleared. Suggest to provide absorptive floor mat instead of rubber mat for bathroom.

Facilities like swimming pool, the studio apartment is clean, very well maintained and just nice for 4 persons, provided microwave, netflix and wifi, and just a walking distance to the beach...definitely will come again...tq, host.
