The location of this hotel is good, it is just next to a big shopping mall. Though the hotel is of a smaller scale, it has everything I need, for example a very clean bedroom and bathroom, fridge, safe box, hot shower, TV, WiFi and aircon.

The room is slightly smaller and it'll be good if hotel can provide a fragrance for the bathroom.

I don’t have any complaint. Stayed for 3 nights. The single room bed can feel a bit small if your height is > 165cm. But, since I’m only 160cm, I still have room to stretch and perform prayer in the room. The ironing station is located just outside my room (love it). Extra marks because they provide nuts and Milo. Simple breakfast starts at 7am which is good enough for me. Very close to Grand Makmur Hotel & Berjaya Megamall. Deposit need to pay by cash only at RM50. The staff are rated 10 stars by other reviewers which I agreed.

Not hotel management problem but during my 2nd day return to the hotel, there is a stray dog at the parking area. So, I was scared.

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast nasi lemak was surprisingly fresh and good, the hotel has its own car park lots right in front of the hotel.

The rooms on first floor were small and the corridor felt lacking in ventilation. The family room on ground floor was spacious.

The breakfast was so lovely as "nasi lemak with curry chicken". The location is in the city centre where going out easily. Car parking is available. Managed to call for early check-in at 1 pm (depending on room availability)

It is a decent hotel. It is clean and in a central location even though it seems hidden away—nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is simple but nice. It was just nice for 2-3 nights of work stay. The free milo sachet on top of coffee & tea was a pleasant surprise.

Breakfast is simple. Probably add more choices. The place is near to town and easy to look for food, shopping malls.

The door to our room was jammed and had to go down twice to get assistance. Check out time should be more flexible. I.e up to 1.00 o'clock.

The interiors was very bright which is very good for me since I was checking in late, almost midnight. The staff is friendly and checking in was really simple and fast.

Maybe i was looking foward to simple yet buffet style bfast so i could have choices so i felt the bfast is little disappointing. However the pre -packed food is fair enough considering the price.

clean room, requested for a non smoking room and i was given one. Thank youu. Aircond functioning well, basic amenities provided, bathroom smells good and clean. Water dispenser and iron are provided at the corridor.

i was not informed that we have to pay another rm6 cash during check in for tax. I thought everything was already included during payment. Thankfully i have cash on me (which is a rare occasion)

This hotel doesn't provide breakfast, because it doesn't have restaurant. But it doesn't matter. There are plenty of restaurant around the hotel. There are also two malls near the hotel. So, you don't need to worry about meals. Staffs in this hotel are very nice. And the cleanness of this hotel is good.

For me, this hotel is a pretty good. Most of the things in this hotel is okay for me.
