View from the room is awesome, good facilities with microwave, washing machine and a huge refrigerator. So that no worries to borong frozen keropok lekor that can fit into the fridge.😁 The locations and many restaurants nearby

1-Please be extra careful when handling the room keys to the right guest. I am surprised during my arrival the staff informed that he gave my key room to a person I do not know who. 2- the bed is not so comfortable. 3. Please highlight in your advertisement regarding the deposit of RM 200 before check in.

We were well briefed on CI n CO. Plenty of things to do for me and my teenagers to do. They din tell me about the bball court they have, i wudve brought our ball and shoot some hoops. Gym is spacious and stocked. Even have a billiards room, tennis and dart. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again, better prepared. They seem to have a deck for BBQ. Will explore more nx time. Our room balcony faces the sea. We appreciate the morning views. No luck on sunrise for us tho. This side of the beach is very wide and low tide goes way out. Great for beach activities.

1. No cooking facility except for the microwave oven. We prefer to stay in for simple meals. 2. Our allotted parking lot is like 5 floors up. Which was a test on yr driving and manoeuvring skills.

it’s really clean, has all the stuff u need, towels, iron board, hair dryer, coffee mix, mineral water, most importantly washing machine, one thing i love the most is the soap dispenser beside the towel seats. as its so convenient and hygienic. i loveeee. the view 10/10 and actually good value for money. the only thing it doesn’t have is a stove. but we ate outside and didn’t need to heat up any food. if u want theres microwave. its clean comfy cozy i would come again. the staff were also really helpful and friendly and efficient. but it would be greater if the beds were a little more softer and has netflix for tv bc the channels were a bit weird. ? but i didnt go there to watch tv so its all good. super close to all the necessary stores restaurants, cafes, 7eleven. walk to the private beach and there’s also stuff u can do there like mtv rides and beach cafes. great stay ☺️☺️☺️💜

The location is a hidden gem, located around 20 minutes from downtown Kuantan. It's an ideal place if you seek amazing sunrises by a pristine beach with virtually no overseas tourists (we may have been the only ones). It's a great place with children thanks to the amenities which are very well maintained. Just outside the compound it has loads of convenience stores, a minimart, a clinic, Subways, Zus Coffee etc.

The WiFi signal is too weak to reach from the living room to the bedrooms. This maybe a general issue since I encountered the exact same issue at a different unit facing seaside in block B (this unit is in block A). A water filter and a rice cooker would also have been great additions (the block B unit had those).

All about the place. The staff was good, explained all about the stay very detail and clear. The room has stunning view of the beach, the pool was facing the beach. Pool has many sections. Beach is very very clean and vast. Sea is not deep at all, very nice for kids. The room is clean and spacious. All necessities are enough. Also very close to shops, local eateries and not so far from kuantan city center.

Car parking quite far from the unit. Washing machine dryer not function well, or maybe we didnt really know how to use it, followed instruction given but clothes not dried.

Fantastic modern apartment - beautiful view - very clean and comfortable - huge clean swimming pool, but also on the beach front - endless stretches of beaches - very good value for money - lots of restaurants and a few convenient stores close by - it is outside of Kuantan but we enjoyed it - you will however definitely need your own transport if you want to stay here

We were there on a busy weekend and you do find guests (like everywhere else) that are not very considered and quite (moving furniture around and making noise in the apartments adjacent or above/below jours) - also not enforcing the rule with regard to not entering the building when coming from the swimming pool soaking wet - the lifts were sometimes a mess but none of this really bothered us - great place to stay - modern, clean and very comfortable but again one will need your own transport if you want to stay here

I had an amazing stay at Timurbay Kuantan and loved everything about it! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach and the soothing sound of waves right at your doorstep. This homestay is among the best homestay we have stayed so far. The space is enough for all 5 of us. 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and the amenities is sufficient for us to stay comfortably for 4 days and 3 nights. There are washing machine, kitchenette with large fridge and microwave, and complete utensils. The wifi is ok and the view is 10/10. I wll definitely come again. There are also water heater in each bathrooms and both equipped with aesthetic towel rails and pretty clean

There is no signage for Tower B lobby hence we have to walk to Lobby A to pick our grab orders

Big pools with direct access to the beach which is great. Beach is clean with ATV right in front of the apartment. Not too far from eateries as well. Check in and check out was smooth. Clear instructions to get to the car park and unit. Host responded quickly to address my problems.

Pool was big but water was sort of murky . The guards were only interested in reinforcing rules regarding drying off before entering the lift but didn’t enforce rules regarding proper attire in the pool. People were wearing regular clothes and swimming. Perhaps can provide hand soap for the toilets other than just the 2-in-1 bath and shampoo.
