Considering the price, and considering how expensive hotels are in Milan, I am very pleased. The staff is very friendly. Mustafa at the reception is very welcoming, friendly. He printed a lot of documents for me for free. The girls at the hotel are very friendly and kind, with a smile. I am very pleased. Thank you very much for everything!

Overall was a nice place quite difficult to get to but was good. Clean and comfortable so all you really need in a room plus very good value for money.
The breakfast wasn't the best nothing cooked but for 2 for the price all in was okay.

The hotel staffers were truly amazing, kind and helpful! And the hotel was very clean and of sufficient offer what hotels of 3* entail. However, the hotel location itself was too far away from the city center (and even some 15-20 minutes of walk from the last Metro stop). For my group was convenient just because of the Festival we had nearby, otherwise, I would not consider this location if I need it just for short trips that involve sightseeing of Milano city center.

The staff were lovely and friendly The rooms were very large and nicely decorated The buffet at breakfast was very large and varied - reception even told us the best time to get there
The biggest problem with the hotel is the location, the surrounding area is a bit threatening We didn't have any trouble, I just felt uncomfortable walking near the hotel However, once you walk 5 minutes up the road it's a lot more comfortable - there is a lovely restaurant about 10 mins away!

The service is really good. Our room was big and eventhough we booked the hotel at the last minute it was affordable. There was lift and it was really easy to shift our things.
The place where the hotel was located disturbed me.

The location little out, 15 min walk from the closest metro station M1, Also busy street infront of the hotel its noisy at night.
