We had a fantastic stay at Esperance Bay Holiday Park! The location is perfect—quiet and away from the hustle, yet within walking distance to the park and restaurants. The upgrade was such a pleasant surprise, and we truly appreciated the extra space—it made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were great, with a big kitchen and coffee machines that added a touch of convenience. Although we didn’t get to use all the facilities this time, we’re looking forward to making the most of them on a longer stay in the future. The host was excellent—communication was smooth and helpful, especially with the detailed text message instructions while we were on our long road trip. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Esperance.

The property is in a fabulous location, close to all amenities, restaurants, the beach - anything you need in Esperance. The unit we stayed in was clean and great for our family of four to use as a base for our day to day activities. The aircon was effective in the unit during the hot weather and the TV and Wifi worked very efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows were a bit soft to get used to, but overall the beds were quite comfortable. There was not much to not like about our trip, we really enjoyed our stay!

The first room had a plumbing issue (on ones fault) but staff were happy to move us immediately. The 2nd room had carpet which we prefer in these colder months ..... (So this is NOT a complaint - They fixed the issue, upgraded the room at NO extra cost!

Very spacious accomodation. Quiet caravan park, WiFi was quick and strong signal and everything in the whole property very neat and well managed. When we got to our accomodation, the staff had turned the heater and electric blankets on to make it all cosy for us - very nice considering the weather was wet and freezing.

Location close to town center, Coles, shops, restaurants and the esplanade so you can go for early walks along the port. Amazing beaches just around the corner like West Beach, Salmon beach and Blue Haven. The apartment provides anything you need for cooking. Good size of all the apartment spaces. And there is also a comunal laundry and washing line. The air con was powerful. I loved the private deck to chil out outside the apartment. They enforced a quiet environment during night so you can sleep pleasantly. Parking just outside of the apartment.

I would prefer white bed sheets, quilt and pillow cases. Using more detergent or softener when washing bed sheets. My neighbors had two children that ran a lot during the day inside the apartment which sometimes was a bit annoying because you could heard them from our apartment. I would have loved a floor fan to be use in the room.

Park was laid out well. Room was well kept and clean. Staff were so so lovely.

Honestly ONLY complaint wasn’t even anything the park did but the people staying in the room next to us had like 5 kids that would get up at 515am and play on the playground while squealing at the unholy hours of the morning (even though the signs clearly said playground was open from 8am-8pm)

Clean and good facilities, big kitchen and fridge and nice beds. It was quiet at night despite being close to campers and caravans, very close to central areas with good eateries and shops, kids enjoyed the onsite playground, felt like a safe area.

Wifi did not work from inside the cabin, must be a dead spot (tried from 4 different devices) had to go outside and walk around to get connected

Location is great, nice kitchen & cabin was clean. The shower was great with strong water pressure and hot water. Love that the park is small and quiet.

Our bed sheets were short not fitting the top of the bed which was strange. There was no pod coffee machine like it had listed on the description.

Not having the option of two double or queen beds. I was travelling with a work colleague and he had to sleep in a bunk bed. Not ideal with 2 travelling adults. Water was leaking from Shower screen onto floor. Hammering in water pipes when shower turned down to low pressure. Need more hangers in wardrobe

The cabin was super nice and the caravan park has a great location to town. The lady who checked me in was really nice and gave a great recommendation for dinner. I was only there 1 night but I wouldn't hesitate to book again and for longer should I ever be heading back to Esperance in the future.
