Breakfast was fine. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was helpful, polite, and personable. There were plenty of towels.

It may sound ridiculous, but the toilet paper was cheap and you had to use more of it than you would if it was a better quality. Also, the view was obstructed by a shade that was pulled down that I couldn’t figure out how to raise. Evidently it was electronic, but it wasn’t plugged in or functional. So I had no view and the room was extremely dark all the time.

Nice facility, staff, breakfast, etc.

It was difficult to know how to adjust the room temperature, even though I could select a higher or lower temperature on the thermostat... setting it higher didn’t always seem to get the room temperature to be warmer on a correlated basis. I was able to set the thermostat temperature much higher than normal to get the room temperature to become cosily warm.

The location is perfect for us whenever we come to the Dayton area because it is very close to our son's house. But it is a very comfortable hotel. Great rooms with outstanding beds. We love the breakfast and the hospitable nature of all of the employees.

The hotel is comfortable and inviting. We love the new look! The employees were all friendly and welcoming, especially Glenn at the front desk. Great location and a very comfortable bed.

We had a little trouble getting the air conditioning properly adjusted to liking.

Slept through breakfast the first 2 days. But on the third day it was good. Had a very friendly staff. Wish there was more people like them.

We chose the Hampton Inn because we had good service when used in previous stays. Too, it was centrally located to the function we were attending. The hotel staff, especially Bre, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean with sanitizers everywhere and well kept. The hot breakfast was very good, was not expecting that much food with the COVID pandemic. I would recommend to others.

I didn't like that room rate for that night was $89 under Booking.com but when I chose the type of room which was a room with 2 Queen beds, the rate increased to $99 plus tax.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the service Top Notch - Martha the Breakfast Host was very nice polite courteous and Professional - she welcomed everyone with a warm smile and hello. Food was hot and yummy yum yum. Also Staff like Angela, Paul and Zaifa and Young Man that was at Front Desk when we first arrived (please forgive me for forgetting your name) were very courteous nice and very Professional also. God Bless her and entire staff.

Only minor things that were in room otherwise everything ok.
