We were adored by the Wellness Centrum located in Gendorf Hotel - absolutely stunning time with private wellness: private room with jacuzzi, sauna and bottle of Prosecco and later full body massage. The breakfast was good, a lot to choose from various specialities. Very friendly and helpful staff. In total the hotel price ratio was good and we are happy. Hotel has a free car park a few minutes walk from the main building.

Not many fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast. Hotel rooms have not been refurbished since 20 years. The bed was very hard. The windows need regulation due to noise and cold air blowing. No coffee set in the room. The hotel restaurant was quite limited with traditional Česko meals but you get a discount as a hotel guest.

What we liked most about this hotel was the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Excellent cuisine, delicious beer, excellent selection of teas. Friendly staff, clean, cozy, warm. The room is quite spacious. We parked for free in the hotel's backyard (two parking spaces). It is possible to park your car in the garage for an additional fee.

The bed was not very comfortable. The mattress was sagging. The pillows were large and uncomfortable. The faucet in the bathroom did not work well. Quite old furniture in the rooms.

Central location, perfect as a base for vacation in the Giant Mountains. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very convenient parking with an elevator up to the room...

No Air-Conditioning. In June, the day temperature in the room was above 30 degrees Celsius with over 70% humidity and did not drop below 28 degrees at night...

Clean, cosy rooms, good location, good restaurant, friendly stuff, good price to given value. We would come back with pleasure.

Gym/Spa/Wellness facilities are inaccessible until afternoon hours. If you are the morning bird with a routine you can't use any of those services at the start of the day.

Great value for money. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious room. Tasty buffet breakfast. Also had a chance to use a spa sauna next to the hotel - was amazing after long ski day.

The food was great in general, but definitely recommend the breakfast! The river flows right beside it and you can hear the water flowing all night. Very calming! We slept well :).

The staff were friendly. I asked if there was somewhere nearby I could wash my clothes. They offered to do it for me. I really appreciate that. Within a few hours I got back clean dry clothes. Thanks a lot :)

Responding to messages via booking.com is very slow and the telephone was not answered in my case while it was around 16 o'clock. A point for improvement. For the rest you are very good.

low quality of wifi, lukewarm water (bathroom) in the evening, limited capacity of wellness services provided by associated company (no preference for hotel guests)

The room is spacious, there is a very good shower. The location is great and the restaurant serves very good food.

Breakfast at 9:15 hours: there was hardly any food left. Breakfast at 8:00 hours was fine.
