The breakfast was the best in terms of choice, variety and quality of food and drinks that I have ever had. The pool was fantastic, large and quiet and the whole fitness area really great (with steam room and sauna, relaxing area, towels at your disposal). The room was lovely and the shower really enjoyable. The bar was very nice also, with the possibility to have warm snacks even late. The staff was impeccable.

The location is a bit far from the centre.

I really appreciate the courtesy given by the Reception. They handle my check-in perfectly. I also appreciate the amazing service from the Restaurant in making a reservation.

I noticed a different attitude at the Reception when I was checking out. Someone wanted to ask something, but the receptionist is still working on my check-out. The way she said to the client "Kindly ask my colleague who is free, sounded rude." It could have been done in a polite manner.

Staff very helpful and serviceminded. The best breakfast buffet I have experienced travelling across Europe (only 4-5 star hotels in Asia can match this selection and quality). Location perfect for a stop when driving from scandinavia to south Europe. Beautyful interior and outdoor terrance

The Business room is best suited for business travellers staying alone in the room as there are no door to the bathroom - you are basically showering and brushing your teeth in the bedroom. Door to small separate toilet though, but still not much privacy.

We stayed at the hotel to attend the Venlo marathon. The marathon was easy to get to with public transport, otherwise the area in which the hotel is in, is a bit bland (next to motorway). The room was nicely decorated, the wellness facilities great, enjoyed the breakfast. A bit expensive, but we would stay again.

Even if breakfast was great, the restaurant for the evening meal was really not up to our expectations. The service was mediocre and the food something you could cook at home. There was no body lotion in the room, a bit odd for a four star hotel.

I like the ambiance as it was very luxurious but with a good price point.

I did not like that there wasn’t anyone staffed on the second floor wellness area even though I went to reception twice and asked if they were staffing someone for the holidays which they reassured me they were. I checked in frequently and called multiple times but no answer. The open facility like the sauna and steam shower was a treat but would have really like to add a facial and massage as this is what I really stayed at this hotel for.

We had travelled from Ireland to Dunkirk on a ferry that arrived at 0100hrs. After driving to Venlo , we arrived hours ahead of normal check- in time. A very kind man at reception facilitated an early check- in. We enjoyed an excellent Sunday breakfast before catching some sleep. A session in the swimming pool helped to refresh us.

This is our second stay at your hotel. Now it was only one hotel day, but it was the best. We slept in the new part of the hotel, in room 0920, great view, the best and most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I have trouble sleeping and have back pain, but after that night I felt rested, rested and had no pain. Service at the reception at the highest level. The smell in the lobby is beautiful and stays in your memory. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and have a huge selection. You are the best. We will always come back to you.

i liked the ample parking of the hotel, and how easy and organized was everything. Also the ambiance inside it was so nice, so relaxing in general and the location was superb.

The curtains of my room (411) were not black out. Too much light coming into room from all corners.

this is amazing hotel. Accommodation is really good, rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable and there is a choice of several different pillows. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, there is a large selection of very tasty food.Hotel has its own parking lot. It is close to the main road. Employees are very professional. its highly recommended.

Excellent hotel with a comfortable room and bed and a perfect SPA. We loved the pool. The gym has looked also very nice, but we did not use it.

Everything was perfect. We will definatley go there in the future. Ideal for a visit at Toverland. Thank you for that lovely stay. Next time I want to try their breakfast.
