Awesome location, really pretty view of the plaza, and a very nice room. Big bed, everything was very clean and well-kept, which is obviously very important. The staff were great and very helpful too! Thank you for the experience!

I was a tiny bit disappointed because I couldn't seem to get the hydromassage bath to work, though I pressed the button and everything. Oh well, it didn't really step on the experience very much because I didn't spend a lot of time in the accom.

Lovely room on the beautiful plaza. Access was easy with a quick phone call to the host who talked us in (in Spanish). Radiator was on when we entered which was welcome as the weather was cold and wet. I believe week days you can normally park in the plaza but they were setting up the bull ring when we stayed so we parked half way up the hill to the church. We loved our stay and would return.

Location can't be beat -- right on the plaza. Nice, modern room with excellent bed and balcony with church / plaza views. Clean, efficient bathroom/shower set-up. Nicoletta who checked me in was helpful to let me enter as soon as possible as I arrived early in the day. Loved Chinchon and this spot was ideal.

The location of the hotel was superb! It was located within Plaza Mayor and our room had a balcony overlooking the plaza. Fantastic view! Although the hotel was in a historic structure, our room was clean and comfortable. The owner of the hotel was very nice, kind, and helpful.

Due to the structure of the room, the shower room did not have a ceiling light.

In the main square. Nice view from balcony. Renovated room and bathroom. Minibar. Friendly staff provided iron when asked for.

We arrived earlier than checkin but regardless the door was closed and we had to wait outside until someone came. The room walls are thin and can see the other room via some cracks between wood and cement parts. No lift.

The location. It is right on the Plaza Mayor and very close to everything, especially the bars and restaurants. The small balcony overlooking the Plaza was a bonus

There was nothing I did not like

The location was superb on the plaza mayor. Very easy to communicate with the staff member to meet us to give keys. Only 4 rooms in hotel, as we had two upper ones, it felt like an apartment. Spacious and comfy rooms. We didn't realise opening of bull fighting season so our balcony had the best view (but we did not want to watch!). Lovely bars and restaurants all around.

Location is right on plaza with balcony view. 45 minutes by car from Madrid airport. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Parking was free during our visit and we found a place right outside our hotel entrance.

9pm check -in could be a limitation for evening flights.

location excellent and staff responsive. no-one on site - you have to call them before you arrive.

wifi. Beware. You need to make sure you can get it before the staff leave or you have to call them back.
