Great price and a lovely breakfast. Warm rolls and croissants served at our table together with freshly squeezed orange juice

The rooms need a bit of an update but if that happened the price would have to go up so we were happy with it as it is!

Everything was good at the hotel. Staff, food, cleanliness and furnishings all excellent.

Just getting the car to the car park which was a temporary problem due to road works.

A very last minute booking in this lovely hotel in the center of Jerez,good service, lovely breakfast included even if I seemed to be up and about early enough to enjoy it! Room had a bath with jacuzzi option and small terrace to sit out in that I hadn’t expected, most importantly to me was good sound proofing, sat out on terrace can here all the local bars but with door shut didn’t here a peep!

Everything. Seamless check in and out. Staff on reception are brilliant, no access to parking so we were helped with our luggage and directed to a nearby public car park. We were offered a quieter room at the back of the hotel. It was huge and overlooked the garden area with a Jacaranda tree giving shade. The room and bathroom offered all amenities expected except for tea/coffee making. Given the profusion of cafés nearby we didn't miss this. Louis in the restaurant at breakfast and evening meal was a exceptional, a real asset to your hotel.

I loved this stylish hotel that combines both old-world charm and modern touches. It is situated in a quaint small square next to a lovely palace in the heart of Jerez center. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The reception staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory, featuring good coffee and fresh orange juice. Additionally, parking is available just 150 meters away, costing around 8.80 euros for 24 hours.

I wish there was more natural light in the room. Pay attention - there is a wrong location in google maps, do not enter the name of the hotel but copy the GPS coordinates from booking com.

The hot tub that was advertised was taken out years ago.

We like places like this, historic walls surrounding you, an old palacio who could tell you many many stories of the past. It's been a wonderful experience again, that is why we choose historic atmosphere over modern and more convenient places. Staff was super friendly and helpful

With these old walls transformed into 4star hotels certainly come some hardships, as for example small stairs because they couldn't install an elevator. Accepted, we knew beforehand what building it is. Not necessarily negativ. Breakfast was a little meager. Biggest problem: streetfront rooms face two very well frequented watering holes / tapa bars, that attract people until (sometimes) 4:00 a.m. Very little sleep for two nights. That's Spain, we have to accept it or stay away.

Breakfast was adequate and plenty,no cooked items just continental. The hotel is ideally situated and walking around is easy. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were very good and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for visitors to Jerez.

Only down side to rooms is the lack of tea/coffee facilities. Although there is a bar fridge.

Located in a central but quiet location. Easy walking distance to main points of interest. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent, again with extremely helpful and friendly service. The parking facilities were easy to access and secure.

The pillows weren’t great but to be fair we didn’t address this.
