Fabulous view, great value for money. convenient location, close to the vivid area, but in a quiet neighborhood.Very convenient to come with the car, as there is no problems with finding the parking place. nice friendly staff.

I got the "mountain view" room which actually looks nowhere, to the big rock 1 meter away from the window. I understand that I went for the cheapest options, and that hotel is actually made on the rock, but still :-)

From the moment we arrived, the location of this hotel didn't disappoint. It was breathtaking. The welcome we received was old school and genuine. A lovely touch was the unexpected room upgrade. The room itself felt magical even under an overcast sky. We couldn't have been happier with the comfortable bed and the generously sized balcony, perfect for soaking in the surroundings. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a real treat. The food was excellent, matched only by the wonderful service. What truly stood out was the staff; they really couldn't do enough. We left with unforgettable memories made, all thanks to this exceptional hotel. We'll be back!!

The staff was very kind. My room was cleaned daily by housekeeping. I was nervous because I went shopping, so I had a lot of bags with luxury items and nothing was bothered or touched. I felt very safe here. The hotel sits on a hill, so an amazing view is offered throughout.

My only complaint is that the walls are very thin. You will hear everything from the rooms next door and in the halls, if you’re a slight sleeper like me that can be distracting. Also, the hotel sits up on a hill, has an amazing view. But you’re not walking distance to the main attractions so I took a lot of taxis, which is very expensive.

AMAZING!! When I come back to Napoli, this will be my hotel! Firstly, I have to mention all the staff… everyone there, was so friendly and helpful!! The front desk, took the time to answer all of my questions (over 6 days, there were a lot) They gave directions and ways to get there, they booked official taxis and said how much it’d roughly cost (so you kind of knew what to expect) The waiters/waitresses always had a smile and you was never left waiting or wanting. The clean down staff, were there every morning… if you wanted them to be and if you didn’t, they never bothered you. Food was great, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing!! Secondly, the view… WOW!! I’ll always remember it. The photos just don’t do it justice… it’s unbelievable!! Morning, midday, afternoon and night… it’s just so picturesque!! Genuinely, I can’t fault Hotel Paradiso!! It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!!

The hotel has the most beautiful view from the restaurant and terrace. The surrounding area is also lovely and has access to the cable car to take you into the main district, where trains are available. I could not speak more highly of the reception staff. They were helpful in every way and I would love to return one day. The hotel, staff and facilities were amazing. Thank you!

Size of the pool was misleading. Only part I was disappointed with.

The view is stunning. The rooms are very nice and clean and the family room was fantastic for my family of four. The hotel restaurant and breakfast were very nice.

The hotel was very far up a hill and finding transportation to the bottom of the hill, was not the easiest. One time we walked, which I don't recommend. Once, we tried to take the funicular, but the nearest one was broken. Taking a cab is difficult because there are not many up there and they take a while to come.

Beautiful location and hotel was immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful , and the Reception staff were professional,, very pleasant and extremely efficient. Breakfast was amazing and the stunning rooftop terrace was a joy to sit in .

Initially , my view across the backyard area of the hotel ..although I did have a small sac3 through which to see the sea. They were fully booked but offered to check each day if there was an upgrade which was fair enough. It didn’t spoil my holiday. Rooms beautiful and very clean and polished

The view you get is astonishing. Even though it is located far from the centre, it's not hard to get to the premises; the funicular railway and the buses can get you there from almost any part of the city. The staff was very kind with us and were always super helpful. We were sceptical about a comment that we read about the rooms curtains. The comment said that the rooms did not have blackout curtains. There's a button just by the window to close the blind, so... If you read that comment and you are not sure to book the room because of the fear of being woken up by a quite strong sunlight, I can assure you you got nothing to worry about. WiFi connection is great, and also were the facilities.

I'll be honest: you got to sacrifice the conveniences of staying at a more central location. Get there can take you up to an hour and a half if you are exploring in central Napoli. The funicular stops working at 22:00, so your options get reduced to a 20 something minutes walk uphill, or paying a cab that will cost around 10 to 15 euros, if you plan to stay in the touristic places after 21:00.

We loved the view of Naples from the restaurant and bar, especially In the evening. The restaurant waiters, Fabio and Alessandro were so friendly and kind. The food was incredible, really delicious! So tasty. Make sure you ask for a room with a view. The room was well equipped with lovely toiletries in the bathroom.

We forgot to ask for a room with a view. Air con was slow to work. Small point but no dark curtains to block out the morning light.

I was here before many years ago and had a great memory of the hotel. Especially the view on the Naples bay and Vesuvius makes the difference. Having breakfast on the rooftop bar with this view is a really good start of the day. There is a parking garage at the opposite of the hotel which you can book via the front desk. Friendly people and for us Dutchy people it feels strange handing over your car key to a complete stranger but your car is in good hands. If you want to go by foot to the city center, reconsider your options. Perhaps the distance feels ok, the differences in height will be a blocker for some people. But a train or taxi are good alternatives.

No complains to be honest. The hotel feels renewed on some areas so it's deserves their stars. The restaurant wouldn't be my first choice to discover the Italian food, there are better places around, especially when you walk down to the harbor area.
