The staff was truly friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was also very good and the location is ideal, with easy access by walking to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient to get around without needing to drive everywhere. Parking was available for free though it does come with a restriction on vehicle weight since the car must go through an elevator. The staff was fantastic at guiding us through the process but i recomend checking beforehand the weight limit.

The room was

A good hotel with 5 min walking distance to the lake and city center. Receptionists were excellent and very helpful with all our needs. Room was very clear, and it was cleaned every day. They offer free parking using a car lift, which was easy to use with the help of the receptionist. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for families with children.

Thin walls and acoustic isolation not so good, you could hear the chats from the neighbouring room.

Our room was at the first floor and we could hear everything and everyone coming in and out in the early morning and late night hours thought the thin walls and door.

We are here for the second time. Again very comfortable and big room. Room was warm always (that is good for this time of the year). Free underground parking is available. Top location, only few minutes walking to the lake or centar area of the city. Nice breakfast with many choices.

Staff were helpful. They also assisted with getting the car in the garage. Beds were comfortable and room was nice and big. Quiet location and a leisurely walk to the centre. Not far from the lake and the walking area on the lake.

The garage. Only suitable for smaller cars. They did have space for about 3 cars on the side. Also buffet breakfast some of it didnt seem fresh. They did have some fresh eggs and sausages though cooked in a variety of ways. Lots of noise on the first night some loud people in the foyer area sound went right up to the first floor. My parents on the 2nd floor heard nothing. They were noisy until very late past midnight but 2nd night it was fine as the noisy people must have checked out after my first night.

The room was very comfortable and the staff seemed anxious for us to have a good stay. The hotel had nice dark wood trim. At night, the whole street seemed to turn into a continuous outdoor bar with the whole town walking up and down the street. It was nice that our hotel joined in because it meant that there were servers who knew us.

My shower had no covering, so you had to do contortions to avoid spraying water all over the place. The rooms were not soundproof, so there is no point going to bed until midnight when the bars all closed. Though if you are a sound sleeper, the noise wasn't too bad. Who goes to bed before 12 when on vacation anyway?

The breakfast was good. The location was near the lake and not far from the center. Parking was offered in the basement with access via lift. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was not correctly ranked as a 4 star accommodation. The refrigerator was not clean and in good running. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The furniture and the bathroom installations were outdated.

Their staff is amazing! They were very friendly. It takes about a minute to walk to the lake from this place. Breakfast was okay, not too much, not too little, just okay. The rooms were clean and smelled good.

In comparison to everywhere else, I had expected Netflix to be available on the TVs, but they were old and didn't have much. Additionally, I could hear louder conversations and laughter because the walls were a little thin.

Excelent and clean, with everything you need in close proximity. The breakfast has a variety of meal selection, eggs, meats, sweets, drinks, and good food quality.

The only think that bothered me was the air condition unit that worked only on maximum speed (3 out of 3) and made terrible noise. Turning it on 2 or 1 speed made the unit not to work and it was too hot in the room.

Good breakfast, with a special mention for cookies, nice room, perfect bathroom. Our car enjoyed the cold underground parking, with a very comfortable access for us.

Nice view on the like from top buildings, nice cliff for walking but, on my opinion, poor popular beaches (Nanci and Struga).
