Great location. A few minutes' walk to the nearest train station, as well as stores, restaurants and Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the staff that served breakfast. The eggs were soft boiled; I wanted hard boiled. Not only did the staff accommodate me, but they recognized me subsequent mornings and asked me how many hard-boiled eggs I wanted! Fresh towels and bottled water every day. Coin operated laundry in the basement, which I used once - worked fine. The air conditioning worked well; it was warm when I was there and I had no problem keeping the room at a temperature I wanted.

It's Japan, the rooms are tiny. Nowhere to put my clothes and wasn't able to lay my suitcase flat on the floor. I ended up using half the bed for my clothes and slept on the other half. But as I understand it - this is the case for nearly all the hotels in Japan, so just need to set expectations going in.

Spent six nights at the hotel for a sports tournament at the nearby Arena. Location was great! Easy walk to the arena along a park, Chiba main train station also a short walk away, and the more active city core to the east. Took the mono rail just for fun a few times. Queen size bed and being able to access the bed from both sides was a real treat! Breakfast was decent: fresh french toast, rice with curry, sashimi... One free beer per day in the evening was a nice bonus. Laundry machines were clean and convenient. I didn't use the onsen, it was way too hot in August to even thing about it. AC in the room worked great. Friends complained about other nearby hotels having rock hard mattresses and torn carpet, but not this one! We were very happy with our stay!

More hooks or places to hang things in the room would be nice. No need to provide extra razors etc. each day with the fresh towels, we did not need them.

The breakfast was delicious and what I believe is traditional Japanese breakfast foods. I enjoyed breakfast here every morning. The onsen is wonderful! I've never been so relaxed and clean! The staff are super nice and helpful. I'd recommend bringing a translate app because english was a bit tough to communicate with. The location is so close to the train station, which I really appreciated with lots of luggage. Easily accessible from Narita airport.

I was unable to work my AC, but that could have been user error. The room is small compared to US standards, but it's a normal size for Japanese hotels.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean, non smoking room. Public bath was a nice perk. Breakfast was tasty and a nice variety. A good value!

Location was a little bit away from Chiba station but it was a 12 minute walk and the overall good value made up for the extra walk.

Close to the train, onsen was nice, price was good, and breakfast had a nice selection, so overall was a smooth stay.

There was only one outlet on the desk that was not so convenient--behind the TV.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The in-hotel onsen was good way to end my days. The breakfast was lovely, fewer items than expected but still overall very enjoyable that I had it both days I was there. Overall for the price I paid for 3 nights (only stayed 2 as my incoming flight was delayed by a day) the value for money is outstanding. Would happily stay here again if I had to stay in Chiba City again

Good location very near to station. The room is clean and comfortable. There is coffee service at the lobby.. the staffs so helpful.

Situated just 3 mins away from the train station! Lots of convenient stores and eateries around! The coin parking space just adjacent from the hotel is very useful if you rent a car! The washing machine and ice machine was very much appreciated during summer! Place was nicely renovated and overall was a very pleasant stay!

Close to train station and bowling alley. Great places to eat nearby and quiet. I couldn't use the onsen because no tattoo law
