Location and the food in the restaurant

Only after I booked the hotel room did they inform me that the spa and indoor pool were not operating due to renovations.

Everything was perfect- we knew in advance that the spa was closed and not all the elevators were working, so we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent and plentiful and the chef also catered to our vegan needs. The reception clerk (Russian, the best!) helped us with an extra quiet room, so we weren't disturbed by any renovations noise. The location was ideal, right on the Dead Sea beach so despite the summer heat, we were able to take swim in the cooler hours. The pool was outstanding and partially shaded. I look forward to returning!

Everything was great and even though there was little available parking , the hotel provided a shuttle service to free parking off the hotel grounds.

The personal was very client oriented and ready to help at any moment with anything. Special thank you for the help to reception workers Elana and Sergey. They have really helped us out during our entire trip! The meals have been wonderful and very good wellness options, as well as service, at their spa.

The hotel really needs a make over. It is visible, that the hotel isn’t new. I hope the owners will take action soon enough. The tables in the dining area are way too close to each other, it creates a feeling like you’re back at a school canteen. Sometimes, the music outside by the pool area has been too loud. On the topic of sound, sound isolation inside the rooms, from the entrance door area, is quite poor. This is again a good reason for a very needed hotel renovation.

The Horowitz family sends a special thank you to each of you wonderful staff members, starting with the incredible women who called us from customer service to confirm our reservation and check in that we had everything we need, then Irit at the check in, Miri in the spa, Jake our cleaner on our floor 9, Omar in the dining room, and the many other amazing hard workers, receptionists, mashgiach,waiters,suex chef, and massuers ( Natalie,Tanya Mark,Tatyana,Koby,Pavel). I'm sorry I don't remember everyone elses name but you too made our family trip memorable and fun! thank you so much!!

Just one tiny thing to be aware of if you don't speak hebrew, If you use any cpap or life saving devices that are plugged in by your nighttable friday night , and have taken a shabbos key- your plug will switch off at around midnight leaving your device unfunctional, so specify that you don't want them to turn off your electricity or bring a battery powered device.

The Hotel is in perfect location at the beach. All the rooms have sea view. The beds where wide and confortable. The spa is very nice. The hotel inside is nice. The food was good. It was quiet. Almost all the installations were in good conditions. The manager gave us a free lunch when we arrive and a couple of wine cups on compensation of tje jakkizi that was temporary out of service. The crew are very nice and always want to help in order for us to have a pleasent stay.

The service at the outdoor pool end too early at 3.30 pm. The service at the main restaurant end too early 10.30 am breakfast and 8.00 pm at night. The check is too late at 3 pm. The check out is too early at 11 am but they allow to stay and use the hotel facilities after check out which is nice and generous.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and looking to be helpful.We brought a large family with many small children and felt very comfortable there. The rooms were very clean and the accomodations for the kids worked out very well.They have a nice out door playground, and indoor play area for kids and the positioning of the hotel on the beachfront and walking path is amazing. The views from every window is spectacular! We are also shomer shabbat, and they had all the appropriate accomodations, shul,shabbos elevator, shabbos keys and place to light the menorot. The hotel also wisely pre informed us of what to do in case of an alarm, and thanks to having received this whattsapp message in advance of coming, when the alarm sounded at 3am friday night we all knew what to do and where to go. We also had many massages, and they were all very good! All in all a great experience!

Negatives: • The hotel itself is old, and the lifts are outdated, showing heavy use. • The beach towels are small — you’ll need two to cover a beach chair.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right on its private beach of the Dead Sea and near a bus stop. The common areas were spacious and well decorated, the spa was very pleasant, the room and bathroom were large and comfortable. I was upgraded for free to a room with a terrace with a beautiful view of the Dead Sea and the mountains of Jordan, and got a complimentary dinner in the buffet for the first night. The food was delicious and plentiful, both for dinner and for breakfast. All the staff members I got in contact with were professional, polite and kind.

The air conditioned temperature was a bit too cold for me in the common areas, especially so in the buffet dinning room. The lightening of the bedroom is too dark, without any bright lamp: moreover, it is not easy to read in bed due to the position of the lamps.

The hotel has it’s own beach and a beautiful one. It is situated directly on the beach. The view from the room is fabulous. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is big and very nice. Towels are handed out. We got invited to dinner on behalf of the staff.

The spa area was not very inviting and seamed unclean. The shower in the room did not stay in the same temperature for more then a minute which was unpleasant. The rooms are not very sound proof. Although it was very nice we got invited to dinner it was not very good.

The hotel situated on the first row and has great service ! אילנה gave us nice room on the top floor , the 12-floor is silent floor - without children, for rest for us was perfect … the manager was very polite and invited us to dinner that was free of charge. Planning to stay again with children on next visit Ps Breakfast perfect :-)

We’ve reserved big bed but booking didn’t transfer our work sh to hotel and we slept on divided bed , it was not comfortable , so ask on reception what kind of bed your prefer
