Honestly? What I didn’t like is that there was nothing to complain about! And now I have no dramatic story to tell my friends… how disappointing! 🤷‍♂️😄

We arrived in total for one night, which is definitely not enough. The hotel is simply great - beautiful and pleasant and not to mention the welcoming attitude of the staff members. Everyone here is charming and smiling, comes over to help and gives much more than is necessary. The support and the wonderful treatment from the staff is something that simply cannot be conveyed in words and upgrades the whole experience many times over. The hotel is aesthetic, clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony, even in rooms that do not directly face the sea, is amazing. There is an atmosphere of calm and quiet - and the spa, the gym and the pool are all at a very high level. The beach of the hotel is simply a piece of heaven in its beauty, and simply wonderful to stay there. The breakfast was also great. In short - an excellent place, I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to friends! Everuthinhg...except...

The cleaners come into the breakfast area at 730 and start pushing large pools of water arounf on the floor with guests walking through these puddles and no signs. Its very dangerous for slipping. In other areas they leave the floor wet. Not acceptable!

We had the best time! The atmosphere in the hotel was so so relaxing, beautiful decor, colors, refreshing smells! The hotel is very very clean…rooms, showers,even balcony The spa was also very clean and pleasant! The stuff are very warm and very accommodating…. Service on the top level Since we made our booking through booking.com, we got complimentary drinks in the lobby The whole thing about this specific hotel is to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied! The bike ride which was free of charge was a treat! The food was also delicious! Thank you Herbert Samuel for such a beautiful getaway! Definitely will be back and very very recommended!!!!!! we had a room facing the sea and mountains, the view was breathtaking. the room was very clean, modern and spacious with a lovely spacious balcony we could sit out on with a coffee. it has direct access to the beach front as well as private pools and hot tubs. For breakfast there were so many options of food warm and cold as well as an omelette bar for freshly made omelettes. the Halva was sweet and delicious.

not all the staff speak English which surprised me. there is a very small parking and no good alternatives near by, luckily we were there on a saturday when street parking was free and when spaces opened up we were able to park in the lot.

The staff was superb, smooth check-in and the buffet assistance was great. Also the communication via booking.com was efficient. We loved the indoor salt jacuzzi, food was great. But i you are dairy free, maybe ask in advance for more breakfast options.

There was a bit of a bad smell in the elevator near the pool, maybe the smell of sea, I dont know. Also the nespresso machine in our room is not clean. But everything else was clean. We had a good night sleep.

Private beach, beautiful rooms with a view of the dead sea, very rich breakfast, friendly staff, clean.

Small parking lot so not all guests can use it, there was only one receptionist so the checking in process took 45 minutes, no coffee machine on Shabbat, every facility use needs to be paid upfront (you can't put anything on the bill and pay when you leave) which doesn't give a nice feeling.

Right on the beach. Fantastic view. Excellent breakfast buffet and polite and helpful staff. Lovely, stylish room. comfortable bed. Tea and espresso machine, a lot of storage, clean all round. We had great rates for the time of year, so great value. We were lucky to find a free parking space on the premises. There's also free bikes, but I guess it would be great for the winter months when the weather is more suitable for riding.

I liked the view at my hotel room in the balcony The food was good The fact that the place has a private beach is really nice And the hotel allowed me to have a late check out in shabat without having to pay more which was reasonable

didn’t like that the balcony is not really private And you can hear people in the hallway but for me it wasn’t really a bother But other than that I highly recommend staying at the hotel!

Felt new. Staff exceptional. Spa staff very good. Guests were upbeat and everyone seemed to be e joying themselves.

There was no one setting up or cleaning around the beach although there were guests on the beach. The beach area seemed not pretty like the hotel pictures showed
