The hotel was great, and the location was perfect for my purpose of running the 50-K in the area. We liked the area, and being on the Dead Sea in Israel was quite exquisite. It was awesome to us. However, to get to the location was a bit of a task especially if one is not driving.

I didn't like the fact that I had to fight to have the Taxes charged when I checked in returned to me, when in fact, I should not have been charged if we had someone who actually knew what he was doing when we first arrived at the hotel. It created a lot of tension and upset moments for me. I did not appreciate that.

The property was mostly well kept but our room was not ready when we arrived even though we had completed an “early check in” that included our arrival time. Our room once ready had trash piled in front of it that wasn’t tended to for a few hours. The room didn’t have storage placement for our bags and as such our bags ended up on the floor which wasn’t too bad as we were there for only 24 hours. Later in the evening we discovered the tv wasn’t connected to the hotel networks and the remote wasn’t functional, this was at 11pm so I didn’t bother the wait staff with that issue. When we woke up we discovered dried blood on our sheets but no open sores on our feet or legs, again we discovered this too late to do anything about. The food was pretty ok but as our stay was not full board we ended up paying nearly an additional $200 to eat on site at the cafeteria. There was no room service menu in the room as we need to request a menu which wasn’t too bad promptly brought but the staff meme we couldn’t take payment on site and needed to take my card with them. If this location still has a high rating, as an American traveler, I was disappointed and felt let down by how the property is represented here. Everything was perfect, the rooms are big and clear and well aranged, the food was really good. The beach is one minute walking just by crossing the street. The parking is based on the availability, but we had a spot and there were couple spots vacant. If you coming for the weekend or holidays make sure to come earlier. Highly recommended!

The spa wasn’t as big as we thought, 2 really small jacuzzis, where it hard even for 2 people to be inside. 2 small pools with salt water from the Dead Sea, and also a really small sauna. And during our stay the spa was always full.

A great hotel with lots of amenities pool was big and it wasn’t too busy. Staff were constantly cleaning and keeping an eye on the place. Very close to the beach and breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Amazing view of the sea and pool from the hotel!!

We asked twice for someone to clean our room and all they did was make the bed, no clean towels no replacing teas and shower amenities. This was really shocking as we hadn’t yet asked for room service then we did twice and both times they said they had been but nothing was done and the room was still a mess. The hotel also had an awful smell of marajuana/weed throughout and especially beside the pool so I would recommend being structer with those smoking that it be outside of the hotel entirely. The gym was very small and most of the machines didn’t work which was disappointing but overall it was a good stay.

We loved the spacious and well decorated room. Breakfast was excellent, and so were the swimming pool (especially the indoor dead-sea water pool).

Cleanliness of the room could be a bit better. It's quite a long walk from the hotel entrance to the dead sea itself. This could have been easily improved by opening a door from the outside pool to the dead sea beach. We didn't understand why isn't it so. Finally, the hotel bar's service is very slow. But the prices are fair.

The pool floor was a bit slippery and hard to go near to, there isn't a good accessible way to go from the hotel to the beach without going through a steep hill. But that is only a problem for someone who needs accessibility otherwise it's good.

location - sandy public dead sea beach literally in front of the hotel. the private beach is 7mins walk. fantastic breakfast with loads of choice. nice pool and sun beds there. helpful and very nice staff. the room was very spacious, modern, had good size and comfortable bed, the room had TV with loads of channel choices including main news channels in English and German. Overall it is a really well run hotel! We stayed in another 4* isrotel hotel in Eilat which was more like a 3* hotel and very poorly run, so Noga is definitely extremely good value and you will have a fantastic time there!

The hotel was great, rooms were nice, clean, we had an amazing view, and with a great breakfast with so many choices! Wish we were there longer to try everything!! Short walk to the beach, stores, and shopping center.

The pool was very loud and crowded, being August and during a heat wave.. 😅

Was upgraded to the Nevo Isrotel. Beautiful premises, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely pool.

My room was above the pool, and the loud music from the pool throughout the day hours disturbed my tranquility. The indoor heated Dead Sea water pool was overcrowded.

The view we had from our room was spectacular, I loved waking up to a full view of the Dead Sea. The breakfast buffet was amazing, loved having so many options and stations. The staff was really friendly, the pool was nice too and loved being able to have the Dead Sea experience in the indoor pool. Overall we had a great experience, would definitely recommend.
