+ Breakfast was very good, despite Pesach constraints + Large rooms

- Pool too crowded, and way too noisy (loud music non-stop) - Lobby night activity too loud -- it bothered to sleep in the evening - Parking lot too small and too full. - Access to Dead Sea beach by a 3-floor outdoor staircase (and not direct on sand: you have to cross a roundabout). - Check-out is expected at 11am sharp: the magnetic key card is automatically DEACTIVATED at 11:00, even with you outside and all your stuff inside. This is totally unheard of. I complained, the Direction said they will take my comment into account for the future guests... To be continued!

Overall it was a nice stay. Breakfast was good with many options. They have many small pools with salt water. Sauna, Jacuzzi and a nice size outdoor swimming pool. I’m the room they had a chocolate bar and a bottle of mineral water. Room was clean. Does not look like the pictures at all, but it was ok. The price was fair to what we got my mom and I. However, a few things: - In the hotel description, on Booking ,it says beach front- it was not on the beach. - The way you need to take a towel for the pool or spa, is a little different and not as easy with the machine. You need to have the number of keys you got at check in, otherwise you can’t take two towels with the same room key. - The towels are small. Very small. - No hair conditioner

Dirty room, floor, bathroom, mirrors....bed smell in the room 419. They did not clean our room or fix the bed during our stay..they only gave towells and toilet paper and thats it... Outside salted pool had a huge brown foam floating on the water. I called different personal to clean it...they made us wait more than 1 hour they cleaned. Between 8:30-930 hardly find a personal in the spa... Very long wait for check in and out....

The stuff was very nice, the lady in the check in let us check out one hour later for free. The stuff in the dining room was very pleasant, asked us about our day. The spa was great with different pools. Good dinner, with large variety. there is parking by the hotel.

The room was dirty, it seems that no one washed the floor or the dust from the table! we had to ask for conditioner, since we got only shampoo and bath gel(usually hotels put the three of them together), the pool with the cold water broke down on our 2nd day so it was upsetting to get out of the hot sauna. Some of the chefs don’t know how to prepare the meat well so the meat in the dinner was dry.

Amazing location, nice place, spacious rooms, friendly staff

Property comes with a private beach, but we were greeted with a construction zone. There was no mention of construction going on and was a big selling point for us, so there’s some false advertising here.

Public spaces are great with positive vibe. Chef was amazing! He went out of his way to prepare a special vegan breakfast for my daughter. Pool area really lovely. Evening entertainment delightfu!

Room was a little worn, could do with an upgrade. Couldn't get a bottle of water at night as nothing open and no room service.

- quite older furnished rooms but quite comfy - on the hotel top awesome view to desert and dead sea area in the evening but view was downgraded and disturbed by broken swimming pool and rubbish. It would be worth rebuilding the top floor again and provide there the second chance for guests to reopen the small swimming pool with bar again

Food and Dining Room staff excellent. Fridge and Kettle in the room with good selection of Teas and Coffee along with Fruit and a bottle of wine, Large outside area around pool well supplied with sun beds.

To say Executive Lounge Access rather overstates the position as the Lounge is only open on Fridays and Saturdays and on those days only from 13,00 to 18,00,

The pool were great. Breakfast was a huge selection. They had juices and fruits available for afternoon tea Location is amazing for accessing the Dead Sea and all the restaurants Rooms were good sized and clean and comfortable

No carparks. Lifts and lots of guest noise.

I enjoyed my stay here. We had breakfast and dinner included, both were buffett style. Our room had a great view of the pool and the dead sea. Would stay here again

The hotel is a little old and dirty, there is no private beach but the public beach is just a short walk away and very nice. It is very very hot so make sure to drink enough
