BONUS: Someone will typically be available to wash your car if desired (for a fee of course) NOISE: Nothing notable LENGTH OF STAY: 3-4 weeks across a few different rooms STAFF: Very responsive and accommodating. ADDITIONAL: I'm allergic to dust, and something in a couple rooms triggered my allergies pretty severely. I'm guessing the sofa/pillows/bug screen. After a deep clean my allergies subsided.

This flat is in a good place in Maputo close to the center and the main avenues. It is s bit far from downtown though. It is safe and had a spar not far away. It has a living room, a separate kitchen and a separate bedroom. It is a very tall building and each side will have different views. Mine was towards the sea and it was a good option: from the balcony one could see the sea. AC is of good quality and the WiFi works better in the living room and kitchen but not in the bedroom.

The lack of furniture and the care of the place. I assume that some of the previous clients have mishandled the apartment, but on a 4 stars place the plates were 2 without any bowl, the cutlery was very little, not even one bed lamp, a big hole on the wall. This place could definitely improve if better managed.

Cleanliness, spacious and would be perfect for a family. Friendly staff with a great sense of service.

Lack of wi-fi, external looks; talking about looks could be deceiving. But the level of hospitality I received and the facilities made up for the external appearance ☺️. The location is acceptable because it's a few minutes drive to the beach and city center. Lack of room phones to contact reception was another inconvenience.

The location of the building was ideal for doing business in Maputo. The apartment was very spacious with great views over the city and ocean. The staff were always on hand and ready to assist with any request.

I don't have anything that I didn't like about the accommodation. If anything, maybe a continental breakfast option would be nice for grabbing a quick bite before the day starts would be amazing.

The stuff are friendly and helpful in all ways , and always there to offer a helping hand either with directions or currency help or calculations

I had no problem at all ,was happy with my staff, just struggled with a cloth or mop to clean the bathroom after bath,cause my Son would play with water

All rooms are bigger than usual, the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, kettle & stove, which are a big necessity. There's aircons in the lounge & bedrooms. The TV's in both the lounge & bedroom also a plus. The hotel has private parking across the road which is well guarded. There's also privacy. It felt like a home

The couches in the lounge had a stale smell. The covers needs to be reapolstred or replaced with new ones

This property doesn't offer breakfast or any other type of meals. You have to make your own breakfast and for the value of money, its worth it any way...

The furniture needs to be changed and upgraded.

Cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms in particular. Most facilities around neglect this aspect.

Only one big towel was present in my apartment, to be shared by two guests. This is a bit impractical since as a minimum you would expect one big towel per guest.

Very nice apartment, clean and in good shape

I would recommend the property to furnish better the apartment with more stoves and some basic stuffs such salt, oil, sugar , products that who’s willing to cook really need

I booked for a member of staff. He liked the apartment and it felt like home!
