Everything. The hotel is beautifully designed and furnished, and in a terrific location close to the main square, tram and bus stops. The pool and the pool area are both stylish and relaxing. There is an extensive choice for breakfast, and the quality of the food is excellent. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and well maintained. But the outstanding feature are the team of staff, who are all so friendly, eager to help and go beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Hope to return soon.

Everything. Honestly best hotel we’ve ever stayed in in terms of everything. We travelled Mallorca and stayed in multiple 4 stars but NONE of them compared in anyway to Alcázar. Perfect location, every single inch of the place is simply stunning, so clean, so well designed, smelled amazing. I always avoid hotel breakfasts but it was so good and have things I eat at home and would never expect them to have (oat milk, agave for coffee, smashed avo, sauces, chia seeds etc). Cannot shout about this hotel enough. Special mention to Salva at reception he is truly a credit to your hotel & is always smiling and happy to help.

Our stay at Alcazar Hotel in Sóller was truly delightful. Situated right in the heart of the town, we had the perfect view of the charming tram passing by our window. I had requested a balcony room, and the staff were so kind to accommodate, making the stay even more special. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking—overlooking the entire Sóller valley with its orange and lemon groves (we visited in February, so everything was in bloom!). It was the ideal spot to enjoy a cup of tea while watching the sunset. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious and plentiful, with fresh orange juice that tasted just perfect. After a long day of hiking, the newly installed sauna was the perfect way to relax and unwind in the evenings. The location is also ideal —just a short walk to the bus stop, making it easy to catch buses to nearby towns like Valldemossa, Deia, Palma, and access hiking trails. I can totally recommend this place as a cozy, scenic base for exploring the beautiful mountainous Mallorca region.

The hotel is decorated to perfection! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy with all of the amenities you need, and also amazing views of the mountains The breakfast was SOO good. So much choice, friendly staff, really well displayed. The staff helped me with looking at bus times, train times, provided me with a book to read throughout my stay. The location was really central to everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Alcázar during our recent Mallorca trip. The hotel is beautifully decorated (true interior design goals!) Staff were super helpul and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet was also lovely. We definitely hope to come back the next time we're on the island - it was our favourite hotel of all.

Nothing about the hotel. The daily parking fee in their underground garage is obviously much more expensive than public parking lots (€18 per day), but for us it was just about bearable for a couple of nights given the convenience.

The back of the hotel has lovely views and great outdoor space. Really loved that you can book the sauna. The decor is nice and modern.

We chose the hotel for its peaceful setting and location but unfortunately there was a nighttime event in the nearby market which had loud music playing which was annoying and kept us awake. We had been upgraded but this meant that we were the closest room to the noise. Considering the room was a superior the view of the street needs to be improved as there was an area of old items/rubbish. Better directions to the car park is needed as we kept going round in circles until we realised we should drive up the one way street.

The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you; super comfy beds; amazing location; quiet & small; lovely breakfasts; perfect location (especially for solo travellers); sparkling clean; unbelievable views. We stayed to do big hikes in the area and weren’t disappointed - Alcázar was so fab to return to at the end of our long hikes. Without a doubt one of the loveliest and most relaxing hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Very minor but they need to sort out the leaky shower doors since the bathrooms are part of the main bedroom and the puddles aren’t fun; barista coffee at breakfast would be better than the machine which lets it down a bit. And please replace the bottled water in the room each day!

The most beautiful hotel located right in the centre of Soller! We absolutely loved our stay here, the hotel itself is extremely clean and has gorgeous interior. We booked the superior room with garden view, it had a huge comfortable bed and very spacious room perfect for a couple. The pool area has sun all day, very peaceful surrounded by mountain views and the famous tram passing through was a lovely touch. Breakfast and staff were great too - can’t fault this place!

Would be great if food was available throughout the day, however we got food from outside easy enough :) also a toilet by the pool would be beneficial to avoid having to pass reception each time.

Everything about the hotel was lovely. Great staff, spotlessly clean. Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the street, a little noisy in the morning but did not disrupt our holiday. Bed was huge and really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee and different choices every day. Pool and outdoor spaces were so clean and lovely. We are already looking to book again for next year!

The staff were so lovely. Food was generous and delicious for breakfast. Not a diverse dinner menu but close to a lot of other options. Location was nice and the pool was comfortable. The balcony was great and we could dry clothes easily in the sunshine. The botanical gardens are AMAZING and a must see and very close walk.

I wish the sauna had been turned on so we could have enjoyed that during our stay. Streets were a little loud at night. It didn’t bother us but could be too loud for some on the street side.
