Breathtaking, Amazing, Spectacular The staff were very friendly and they treat you like a royal member. They prepared breakfast boxes for us at checkout because our flight was too early in the morning, i loved this, i never saw this in any other hotel. The view is AMAAAZING. The rooms are very clean. Don’t worry about insects and lizards inside the rooms. Try the SPA it’s worth the money. One important note for those who want full privacy: swimming pools might not be with full privacy, it’s open to other villas, but my room (high bay signature) had full privacy at the top of the bay no one can see my pool however I can see other villas and swimming pools. The rooms are fully surrounded with glass doors with no walls but it’s covered with curtains, it’s amazing but not to those who want full privacy. You can close the curtains but keep in mind if you opened it everyone can see inside your room. It’s a bit isolated so it’s suitable for those who really want to RELAX

There was no activities in the resort. There is only one restaurant. It’s 15 minutes away from patong beach and there is nothing close to the resort (isolated)

There were some downsides. The hotel’s location is quite remote, far from cities, tourist attractions, and restaurants. The road leading to the hotel is dark, isolated, and a bit unsettling, with very few taxis available, making transportation inconvenient and time-consuming. Additionally, the hotel is built on a hill, and accessing the rooms often requires climbing many stairs, which can be tiring. Another issue was the presence of mosquitoes in the rooms, which was quite bothersome. ---

We stayed for 4 days 3 nights at The Naka and from the minute we stepped into the property until we left we felt luxury, comfort and peace. A pool villa with to die for Seaview. The beach is stunning and the pool is large. Every amenity at the resort was perfect. The design of the resort to its little details is just beautiful. Highly recommended for couples and friends.

This was an amazing place to spend our last days of our honeymoon. It is a peaceful, classy and relaxing site to enjoy the beauty of Phuket. We met Executive Chef Mark Webb and besides giving us some amazing dishes, he gave us a wonderful service. The rooms were really private (as we wanted) and the views were beautiful (we asked for a Villa with a good view and they gave us one in front of the beach). This is really a world-class place to stay with great service, food and services (we went to the gym twice and had Thai Chi and Stick Excercise classes with a great coach)

Three little things that we didn't like: 1) The price is a little bit high. 2) The "room service food" that you could request from their APP was a little bit limited. They didn't have all the menu (no pizza) and many of the delicious things that were served at the beach restaurant or at the rooftop bar did not appear in there 3) It is difficult to swim in the private beach. There are a lot of rocks (I even got injured for stepping on something sharp)

it is probably a minor thing but to get to the local shops & experience the local atmosphere it is not really within walking distance but is not hard to get someone to drive you where you want to go

i loved the beauty of the location of the property and the beautiful lotus and beachfront location and the room and pool look. i also like the ease of getting a tuktuk with the bell.

the pool was poorly kept so there was mold and there are missing titles which resulted in 3 out of 4 of us getting cut and bleeding more than once. moreover one of the rooms in the basement had a really creepy scratching noise at night that didnt allow us to sleep properly.

Great breakfast which is something I rate a hotel on. This place always delivers. The Fitness center opens at 0800 but you can get in early. That floor actually has a regular sauna and a steam sauna. I didn't know this until this visit. The Tuk Tuk's are always quick to pick you up. The hotel uses an App that you can use to get picked up and taken to the lobby, room cleaning, etc. BTW, I was not told I had to use the app to get my room cleaned, no big deal. Once I figured that out, it worked well.

It costs 450 Baht to get to Patong, each way. It's not bad but wish the hotel as somewhat closer to Patong, not in Patong, but closer. I got a Partial Sea view room that had no sea view really. I could not get my previous room unless I accepted an upcharge of $138/ni so I passed. Overall, a well managed hotel complex.

At the reception Dee & Pop Corn was so kindly....Actually all staff from pool bar to restaurant were so kindly.....Amazing room ...it is not a room....amazing villa with a private pool...amazing wiev ..we planned 2 weeks in phuket and stayed here for 5 days..we spend all time at hotel for 5 days There is a private beach and a good pool at the beach also...we enjoyed every minute we stayed...Breakfast was so good...Thanks

There is only one restaurant if you stay long this can be a problem but also 24 hours room service is also a good alternative...There is a possibilty of not being able to swim during low tide. But we could swimm everyday.
