I love the fact they upgraded us to a Villa and we loved the view and exclusivity. The buggy staffs are so friendly and happy to help!

Some of the lobby staffs are not great in English and they don’t know how to service well. I wanted to get a pair of fork and spoons from the Starbucks, and they only had 1 pair of plastic fork and spoons, so I said I don’t mind paying for proper utensils. And they said ask from the lobby counter, so I went to the lobby counter and the lady said get it from Starbucks. Then they called each other and then I didn’t get a respond. So I went back to the Starbucks counter and demanded another pair. It was so bizarre!

The people were really nice and the location is impressive. We slept very well and recovered fine. When we came down the stairs in the morning, well rested and relaxed, butterflies everywhere, the impressive view, we felt really good. The breakfast buffet made every effort. The pools are better for photos than actually bathing. Bar and restaurant are basically okay and not overpriced. Lovely atmosphere, we liked it.

There have been guests who have complained about the cleanliness in the past. In particular, they would be annoyed about "mold on the walls". Well, we didn't have that. Of course, if you freeze the rooms with air conditioning to 21 degrees European "room temperature" all day long, and then open the windows and pump in the tropical-monsoonal air, then the walls and windows naturally "sweat" considerably, which in the tropics leads to plant growth. Phuket has 188 rainy days a year. The same with the mosquitoes. If you want clean rooms, you have to live like that yourself and show some responsibility.

I like the view from the balcony and the food. The location is great to visit other places like ANDAMANDA, Batong Beach and another very great restaurants by beach.

There are INSECTS every where in the room. Sometimes even in the bed. They should find a solutions to get red of them especially when there is no one renting. For the check out i phoned the reception at 11 a.m asking for IRON and we argued about it because i have to check out at 12. (1 hour is enough time to prepare your self and IRON your clothes)

great spot. perfect for kids with the kids room, has a small but decent gym.

A lot of guests smoking cannabis around the pool area. For someone who was pregnant and also had a toddler it would have been appreciated if staff asked to have them smoke at appropriate places away from kids slides and play area.

The location of the hotel, the peacefulness that comes with its location. A perfect place for anybody. I am already missing it.

There could have been more vegetarian options in breakfast and in meal options. The shower needs a good setting. The water at times is very hot and therefore an appropriate setting needs to be made.

The staf was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue when the power were to be shut off for the whole Kamala region, thus hotel offered complimentary lunch and shuttle to Patong, which is very thoughtfull. Breakfast were great. We stayed for 8 days and I gotta say, that each time they would put something different alongside casual continental breakfast. Even though its a 20 minute walk from hotel to the centre of Kamala, hotel provides free shuttles 5 times a day to and back from the Kamala beach, which is very convenient.

I wouldnt recommend getting premium rooms that are way up the hill (like we did) as the rooms are not that much better, but the climb on hot weather up the steep hill for my fat ass was too much :/. The pools could be cleaned more often.

A truly pleasant stay. We will definitely come back and will certainly recommend it. A variety of warm breakfasts every day, friendly service, cleanliness, and... the bed. OMG, the bed and the bedding were amazing. I need to know what kind of bed that was because I've never slept so well anywhere else. We like also attention to detail, a modern yet minimalist design, a peaceful neighborhood, and lovely beaches.

We only have a few minor comments, which I’ve already shared with the property. Towel hooks, a curtain on the balcony. These inconveniences didn’t affect the quality of our stay because it was amazing, but they could be improved in the future. These comments are really minor, but from such a great property, you can only expect good things. The hotel is truly amazing!!!

We are currently staying in a villa Location is great , the views are amazing . The 2 pools are great with a great views The staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with a great choice.Really useful having a free shuttle service into Kamala which runs on the hour Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh water being replaced every day .

We only had one small issue with a cocktail that wasn’t great however Nang from the hotel sorted quickly with 2 free cocktails which was appreciated .

Breakfast was brilliant. Excellent variety of dishes. Omelettes were brilliant and I love the rice porridge excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Excellent....Room quiet and comfortable. Clean and tidy. The fact that we stayed at the top of the hill was a bit of a challenge although the hotel supplied a 'shuttle' to take us up the hill we chose to walk. Much better for the fitness levels and at 70 years old made us feel really good to accomplish the 'trek'!! The staff were excellent. bit of a walk to town but we hired motor-bikes and had a ball. Just remember to focus on what's in front!!! What's behind you will take care of itself. Great fun...........
