We loved the location and the overall look off the property. The room was clean and tidy. The beach was great and the pools too. It was quiet which is what we wanted. No loud music, screaming kids etc. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were a 10 out of 10. Lovely people. We had a very comfortable stay and would return.

Only one thing occurred which was a real concern. We were relaxing by the pool when a guy with a huge insect fumigating machine came along without warning and smoked us out with horrible smoke. We couldn’t breathe and had to try and get away. Not sure what we had breathed in. We reported this to the staff who were very apologetic and offered us free tea or coffee. They advised us that we should have had an email which we didn’t receive, we should have had a note through the door, the resort had a list of guests so this should have been a priority. My wife was extremely upset as she has severe asthma. I have videos of what happened. You won’t believe it if you watched this.

Kamala Beach Estate Resort offers a comfortable stay with spacious suites and private balconies overlooking the Andaman Sea or garden. The resort features three pools and a private beach, and free WiFi is available in the rooms and lobby. The well-equipped suites include a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The resort is well-maintained, and its proximity to Kamala Beach makes it a great choice for a relaxing vacation. We would love to stay here again.

The lack of an onsite restaurant means guests need to use grocery services or order from nearby restaurants, which can be less convenient.

A little paradise in Kamala Beach. Loved the pools and the quiteness. Working and relatively quiet aircon. Always warm water in the shower. Cleaning available everyday by polite and smiling staff. Great view over the ocean. We did not use the beach much (private nor Kamala Beach) but used the longtail boats to get us to small quiet beaches. The staff was really helpfull and lovely and helped us with tour booking. We fixed breakfast ourself in the kitchen. Can really recommend dinner from nearest restaurent "The Bua".

A short walk to town. But not really a problem beacuse 7/11 nearby and allways taxi waiting right outside the resort.

Location, quiet, size of villa and the view

Plumbing is working but getting old. The storage areas were Smelling a little moldy from humidity.

Beautiful location and fairly close to shops and restaurants, high quality bungalows, well functioning WiFi and TV, beautiful and well-tended garden and friendly staff.

No breakfast options, but we knew in advance. You are able to cook in the kitchen, it has all the kitchenware needed for making breakfast. The closest place to buy toast, eggs and sausages, are 7-11 a few hundred meters away. If you dont want to make breakfast yourself, you are in for a longer walk, to get to a restaurant that serves breakfast, unless you can wait til 11:30, then there are a restaurant very close by, on the way to 7-11. The adjacent beach is not suitable for swimming, filled with rocks. Must walk a few hundred meters to Kamala beach for swimming.

Some noise coming during daytime from a construction site next door, but guess that’s just a temporary thing. Wasn’t a big deal anyways

Beautiful, helpful Staff. Amazing location, with fantastic views. Not too far to stroll into the middle of Kamala. Supermarkets close by. Gorgeous big pool, and a couple of small ones hidden away in the grounds. Now we are home, we are missing the big balcony with views to a lovely little beach. It's a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while you watch the waves😍, or to relax with a cocktail or two 🍹🍸🍺 The private beach was cleaned every morning from any debris washed ashore 👍🤩. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. 🙂

Unfortunately, there is room for improvement with housekeeping. The apartment would benefit from a thorough clean throughout.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at Kamala Beach Estate Resort, and it was the perfect getaway for our family with two younger children. The resort is incredibly family-friendly - peaceful, safe, and surrounded by nature, with stunning views of the sea. The spacious apartment-style accommodations gave us plenty of room to relax, and the kitchen was great for preparing quick meals for the kids. The pools were amazing! The staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available with local recommendations, arranging transportation, and helping with anything we needed. Kamala itself is a lovely, laid-back area with everything you need close by, but the resort’s peaceful location made it feel like a private tropical hideaway.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Easy drive to the start of trails to the mountains. Lovely private beach. Beautiful garden area and nice to have our own cooking space.

I wish basic cooking items were available (salt and pepper, for example). Otherwise, the kitchen is well stocked. No coffee machine though.

Such a calm and peaceful resort. The accommodation and facilities were perfect for what we needed for a relaxing stay away. Staff super helpful in arranging local taxis for us for days out. The swimming pools were fab, and as the resort was quiet we practically had them to ourselves for most the stay! Would recommend walking to the beach bay within the hotel grounds for sunset. Within 5mins walk is a 7-11 for supplies, and 10mins away is either Kamala for restaurants or two supermarkets so with the kitchenette in the room there were plenty of options for eating which gave us flexibility during our stay. Looking forward to our next stay here!
