great hôtel and service, staff , 🤗 pet-friendly 🐕, clean, nice atmosphère very safe and close to the beach, minimalist decor which I love, large comfortable beds, smart TV - Netflix etc. we stayed longer and booked a room at the hotel, we highly recommend hôtel wabi sabi, very nice staff and the hotel owners will definitely come back next year Total stay : 3 weeks

I like everything about this hotel , Very family friendly. Love the name wabi wabi . Really nice Breakfast , egg cook to order. Fresh veggies and fruits. Located Quite place but 5 mins walk to beach and shop or restaurants .

Friendly and super helpful staff. Located close to beach. Large balcony and comfortable bed. Excellent housekeeping each day. Breakfast decent.

Swimming pool closed throughout my 4 day stay! No restaurant or bar available. But overall very good thanks to all the staff members....would be a 9 if I had been able to swim each day@

Rooms were very nice AC worked well very clean and bright. Beach was super close the main reason we booked this hotel. Breakfast varied every day eggs to order was a nice touch, only comment would be hot items on the buffet were cold on a daily basis. There is a small outdoor restaurant about a 30 sec walk from the hotel which we ate at three times good food great service.

Hotel had 3 dog that lived onsite in the lobby that liked to start barking at everything that moves at 4am. I love dogs but when I'm on vacation I would like to be able to sleep in. Noise levels from guest in the pool area post 12am were a concern as well.

The room size and location was great. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was limited with choice but what was available was nice.

The pool is very tired and quite hard to access. Could be an issue for older guests. The towels in the room all need updating to thicker and bigger ones. They are thin and small at present. Same with the beach towels.

I had a lovely time here. The manager and staff we're very friendly and helpful, and this was my first trip to phuket and they helped with booking my excursions and how to get to places.. The rooms were very spacious, and I had a balcony as requested on a higher floor. The breakfest was fine, and the hotel is well placed to the beach and restraunts in the surrounding area. The hotel was kept clean and seemed very homely the cleaners were excellent. I have actually booked to come again next year.

Not much, to be honest. I wanted to use the gym, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at the time.

I booked a 5 night stay with pool access (room 108) and loved this place!! The suite was nice and spacious. Excellent location and so close to the beach. You can book tours through them and they will call to get it set up for you. I enjoyed the dogs Jubee and Kiki. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Phuket!

Very pleasant staff, always willing to help. Very sweet resident dogs and cats that hang out at the reception desk. Nice breakfast with fruit, yogurt, several types of bread, and eggs made to order. Good restaurants nearby.

You need to be quite familiar with your partner in the room. the toilet is in a separate room, but the wall is only partial height. Any sounds in there will be heard in the rest of the room. Maybe it's just me, but I like privacy when in the bathroom. We also encountered many ants. After housekeeping was finished each day, the ants returned within the hour. Since this is Southeast Asia, ants can be expected, but they were just about everywhere.

Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny silver of a water view. I wouldn’t bother paying extra for that on the future. The room was very clean once you get past the odd look of the exposed concrete ceiling. Breakfast was adequate and change slightly each day. They always had vegetarian options. It’s a very short walk to the main road with countless restaurants and the beach.

Our air conditioning did not work well on the last night so our sleep was very poor. We didn’t mind this but there are a couple of dogs and a cat that are allowed to roam freely in the lobby and restaurant area. If you don’t enjoy that or have allergies it could be an issue.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When I first arrived at the hotel, the credit card machine wasn’t working to process my payment. However, the staff reassured me that it was fine and that I could pay later, which wasn’t an issue at all. From the receptionists to the owner and the cleaners, everyone was well-trained, always smiling, and offering helpful suggestions. What impressed me the most was their kindness when my two friends were scammed by a non-existent hotel. I asked the staff for help, and they went above and beyond, preparing extra beds so my friends could stay for the night. This didn’t just happen to my friends—other travelers in similar situations received the same care and assistance. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, setting an example for what every hotel should strive for. The room itself was spacious, clean, and minimally decorated, offering plenty of room to relax. The beach is just a short 3-minute walk from the hotel, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Getting around Kamala Beach was easy and convenient.

The water heater is a bit tricky to control. You need to set it to the hottest level with a small amount of water first to heat it up, then adjust the balance. It can be a little difficult to manage, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the stay.
