Rooms are great with lots of space. Beds are comfy but wish we had more pillows. Location is the best thing- no beach views but you are only a few minutes away and loads of food and shops on your doorstep. For the price it’s a good option.

We had a pool access room and we knew it meant it would be a bit noisy and others could see in. This was true. We were directly opposite the restaurant (across the pool) and they played music until it closed at 11. Not an issue for us but something to be aware of.

Enjoyed our stay at this place. Apartment very spacious. Location is super central but quiet. Internet was good enough for me to work, with the exception of the bedroom where internet was very patchy.

Daily cleaning only includes floors and bathrooms + towel change, which is fine as long as a deep clean is done regularly. Windows and doors were not cleaned for a long time and visibly dirty, which is not acceptable especially at this price.

The location is great, direct on the main road, and the apartment is really spacious. Offering direct access to the pool from the balcony is a fantastic add-on. Overall it's a nice stay for a few days to explore Kamala beach and Phuket.

There could be much smaller improvements that would make this stay a perfect 10. In the kitchen there should be provided more glasses, bottle opener and other equipment. Cleaning should also be improved. The pool area is nice, but it seems abandoned (you cannot get a beer there for example).

We had a 2 bed apartment which was very large and comfortable and had direct swim up access for the pool. The Palms are located directly behind Ana’s Restaurant which is a fantastic location on the Main Street but still quiet. The food in Ana’s is very good we had breakfast and dinner in there and couldn’t fault it.

The only thing was a slight damp smell from the air conditioning but I think this is normal for Thailand due to the high humidity as nearly everywhere we have stayed has had the same issue.

Ideal location, liked the pool access room. Upstairs could be a bit noisy with furniture moving about. Safety deposit boxes in the office. Big apartment which was great for the three of us. Pool towels and daily housekeeping service. Reception was through Ann's kitchen which was good for food and enjoyed the croffles they do!

Could do with a bit of a refurb and better clean under the beds and in the wardrobes. No microwave and other pictures showed washing machines but none in our apartment.

Location to Kamala beach just across the road.. cafes,massages and Big C Supermarket all just a short walk. Stayed in a two bedroom unit in front of pool. Anns restaurant in hotel entrance good value.

Hotel a little tired and all mirrors and glass in apartment need a good clean!

Pool toilet need some attention , deep cleaning Restaurant serving little bit slow and not really understand. Food orders arrived 2x wrong.

Great location close to the beach with lots of shops, restraunts and bars in the area. Nice pools and gym is handy to have if you wish to use it during your stay. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

No safe deposit box in the room. If you wish to use one, you need to leave your belongings in the safe deposit box by reception.
