A beautiful little boutique hotel with lots of bars and restaurants around it and right omg t he Beachfront with a wonderful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms was super comfy and clean.

Unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish just outside our room on the beachfront which took the beauty away from this hotel, which is such a shame as everything else was great.

Kamala is just beautiful, love the depth of all it offers without the atmosphere of Patong.  Our stay at Thai Kamala Beach Front was really all we had hoped for.  This is Asia and the property is a three star so manage expectations accordingly. Positioned on the beach,  each ensuite room has a balcony with two comfy chairs - perfect view to wake up to or just relax and listen to the waves as you watch the world go by. The room is simple but has all you need including kettle. fridge. hairdryer etc. We just bought some biodegradeable mugs and teaspoons. I think the kettle is probably there more for noodle making then coffee however there were glasses etc. A nice touch was the clothes drying rack on the balcony which was great for wet cossies etc Each of the people we encountered were incredibly friendly, helpful, and a delight every time you saw them. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay special. The rooms were cleaned, bedding and towels replenished often during our 2 week stay. Although breakfast is not an option here there are so many really good food spots in the vicinity it was lovely to try different options.

The area directly infront of the property could be tidied up a bit but this is common property and not part of Thai Kamala Beach Front. Vegetation grows prolifically in this part of the world so.it could be easier to use stones / sand features in the garden area to make the area more usable. There is a wooden deck structure with beach lounger chairs there and I think this area has potential.

Great location.Short stroll down the beach to best swimming,bit too shallow directly Infront of hotel,but 2 min walk down the sand to good swimming.Nice layed back beach,plenty of food options and shopping..Not the retrace of Patong,but that's a cheap tuk tuk ride away. Good priced food,local supermarket,beach massages and weed shops. Big local nite market on Friday and Monday.

The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed having a balcony. The closeness to the beach is very good and only a short walking distance to the place where you can rent a sun bench on the beach. I very much enjoyed being so close to the beach. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and cafés that serve local as well as international food. I also enjoyed having a drink with the friendly staff at Mamma Mia bar next door. Kamala town is also very nice and not too big and noisie. It is only a short taxi ride to Patong where all the fun is. I recommend to people to use Bolt taxi company to get there, not so expensive. Everybody in Kamala town was very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate that!!

The shower curtain could be better. It was too short so water spilled all the time on to the bathroom floor. It was tiresome to always dry it up after every shower. The beach right in front of the hotel is quite dirty, especially right next to the hotel.

The staff is amazing super kind and helpful. In the middle of the night we were able to ask some bottle of water when the shop was closed. 🙂 Room was cleaned daily, just it must be signed leaving the apropriate board on the door handle. People here are great and always smiling and continuosly try to make your holiday better. 😁They have loundry service as well withing 24 hours, for 70 baht/kg. 🧦 The hotel has a beachfront but few meters far the beach is better.🏖 Breakfast is not included, but near you can find some really good restaurants. For example Kamala Dreams. Or if you would like to taste the real Thailand you can find some eatery next to the tsunami memorial. Our favorite was the eatery with wooden chairs. Phad Thai (150 baht) and green curry chicken (150 baht) is super tasty and highly recommended. Grilled fish is also delicious just for 350 baht.🥗🥘🍤 The supermarkwt Big C is 200 meters away and in front of the supermarket you will see some street foods eatery where you can buy meals super cheap: pad thai 60 baht, curry beef 50 bahd, sweet corn🌽 40 baht, watermelon shake 30 baht🍉 Don't miss it!! 😉🤑 In Phuket you have options for tours 🏞 Visiting James Bond Island or Simon Cabaret. It is worth to see. If you are planning to see one of them or other places I advise you YUHAKIM tour 🚤He has the best prices in the neighborhood. For example if you want to see a Cabaret personally or online the vip ticket price is 1000 baht/pax + taxi 600 baht/one direction. For 2 people it costs 3200 baht. But if you go with Yuhakim tour it will costs around 2300 (vip ticket 800 baht/pax, transfer 2 ways 700 baht).🎭 We were absolutely satisfied 🥰

When we were there the weather was windy and the sea brought a lot of trash on the beach. Unfortunatelly the hotels, restaurants, locals do not care much about it. It was dissapointed 😔 People who earn money thanks to the beauty of the sea should take care of keeping it clear and collect a garbage and remove it. let's take care of the environment 🤗🌏

We immediately fell in love with the amazing sea view from the room, so we spent quite some time enjoying it from the balcony. Mornings and evenings it was also interesting to watch the longtail boats and water activity boats leave and arrive. The room was large and clean, the bed very comfy. A big plus was that we got extra beach towels and a bag to carry them in. Although there are restaurants in front and next to the hotel, there was no noise that bothered and both restaurants close early. Tip: if you arrive with luggage, walk through Mama Mia restaurant from the street instead of taking the beach path. The staff was very helpful with our queries, e.g. when we had problems finding the right settings for the AC. The gentleman working the afternoon shifts was really kind and went out of his way on our departure day: we spent the day at the beach and left for the airport at 7pm and he kindly allowed us to use the beach towels until then and then to have a shower in an empty room.

Most of the time, the TV didn't get a signal nor could it connect to the WiFi to watch Netflix/Youtube. But honestly, the sea view is 10 times better than watching TV.

Great beach front location. Close to everything including 7-11, money exchange, restaurants, souveniors, fruit smoothies and the most beautiful beach! Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Nice large balcony to people watch. New beachfront bar right out front/below was opening up. No loud noises, very quiet and they played calming music.

Busy out front with scooters and the workers coming back off their boats every evening and congregating beach front. View of the beach was sometimes obscured with parked scooters, vehicles and boats. Did not bother us too much, but would be better if they were not right out front as we paid extra for the beach front view.

It was the perfect location, right at the front of the beach with amazing views and local amenities ate very close. Staff very friendly and approachable for any assistance you may need. Rooms cleaned daily.

It's sitting right alongside bar&restaurant, so it can be noisy every night until about 2pm, so if you are looking for a quiet place without any distraction after 10pm this is not the place.

Brilliant place to stay in Kamala , would definitely recommend and return in the future. It's an easy location to get to from the airport using the bus service. A nice quieter location compared to the likes of Patong. We had the sea view room and it was well worth it. The gent at the desk was so helpful and nice. He arranged a scooter for us and couldn't do enough to help.

Location was great for restaurants, bars, beach and shops. Plenty to do and see, though also nice and quiet.

Just a couple of really small things, there's a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee. Also, no USB connections and only one side of the bed had a plug socket. TV volume didn't work, but we didn't bother reporting it as we didn't want to watch TV. Our room faced right onto a big pile of rubbish on the beach, so it was only 20 feet in front of us, and spoilt the view. Also, you cant turn the lights off from the bed, so you have to get up.
