Very well maintained, beautiful surroundings and stunning views! Room was great, comfy beds, clean and fantastic views! Overall resort never felt too crowded. Staff is attentive and friendly. Thank you for the fantastic service specially to Bubu for taking my request seriously :)

The food was ok, and very pricey. Casa Boho - stunning views but very sterile, they tried to make everything too “posh” which is ok, but there was zero vibe and a bit dull. This is more of a family hotel, pool was too warm and was taken over by kids and families (this could be due to the time of the year we were there). Because there was no music it was quite loud of screaming kids. I recommend to management to make activities in the resort more interesting and incentivise more the use of facilities for couples.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was more than enough. It’s definitely a place for families to stay. Breakfast comes with a lot of variety of food. Drinks were great. We loved the restaurant-bar on the hill - it offered a much more calm atmosphere than all the kids running around in the main lobby screaming like there is no tomorrow. Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

Language barrier with some staff - We called to receive assistance on TV remote that never worked - Phone did not work for a day - it was replaced.

Hyatt Regency Kamala is the best resort we have ever stayed in. The resort is exquisitely presented and clean both within the rooms, in the lobby and communal areas, gardens and the view! The staff (Benz, Kie, P, Mickey, Marat and so many others) were amazing - all incredibly friendly and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and have a great time. The breakfast has the biggest spread of high quality options we have seen. The restaurants, pool, transport, kids club, stunning view and activities are all first class. The whole resort is relaxing and has a great atmosphere. We have stayed at resorts throughout Phuket, Thailand, Asia and the world and this is our favourite. We highly recommend to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you Hyatt Regency friends, we will be back!

In the beginning I was very disappointed by the transportation which was confirmed and when we arrived the driver cancelled so we took a normal instead of a Mercedes that was confirmed to picked us from the airport Second when we did check in they gave us a room up and to difficult to access to it and I booked an ocean view but I was only seeing the tower in front of me also the room wasn’t that high quality and the bed also So after my dinner I went to the reception to complain about all what happened and I would like to change my room A huge thanks to Mr . Thianrawit thuenthammahong Who made me very very happy by listening carefully and try to help me to change the room Then he change it even didn’t took 20 minutes and he gave best room with ocean view near to the facilities as I booked In the booking He also apologized for what happened and was very helpful and smiling all the time He made my day The next day I was also surprised by a cake in my room wishing me a happy birthday which I appreciated it and made me very happy Thanks one more Mr. Thianrawit for taking care for all the details and for your help and made my vacation the best Seriously I never write a review but u deserved all the best 🤗

The hotel has a nice view up the hill with a beach view & excellent room size & facilities. The restaurants are also terrific. It is not close to Kamala public beach or shops, but it is nearby & that's what I was looking for

I had a problem with check-in & I had to wait for more than one hour until my room was ready, which was a little bit annoying after a long flight. I was expecting quick & better procedures with such a five-star hotel. I chose the money to be deducted in my currency, but I have been charged 3.70% extra, while the same didn't happen with another hotel. The language might have been a barrier to understanding the process.

Coming from Miami to Asia, I would expect cheaper prices. It is basically USA or Europe prices of big cities which does not make sense. Sushi restaurant omakase experience extremely overpriced and not worthy! Very simple fried rice, some raw and cooked fish and some sake was 400$ per 2 people. Thats literally the price in Miami in high end restaurant to try Omakase experience. But we were in Asia- trying asian food!

Everything in this resort is perfectly designed for a cool getaway. We stayed in a villa with whirlpool and awesome sea view. Breakfast varieties was really good with halal section for muslim guests to enjoy as well. Hyatt compliment Phuket in its own style and situated close to the famous Kamala beach that is packed with water activities and spreads of beach bars and clubs to wind down the day. Patong town is just a mere 10 minutes drive from the resort if you are looking for more actions and watery holes. Hyatt is a place that caters for all walks of life especially when you are with someone special. Although we experienced thunderstorm and heavy rain falls whilst staying in Phuket that week, being in Hyatt is found to be the best choice that we made. Will definitely make a return visit during summer holidays. Credit to all the friendly staff of Hyatt and to those who is still could not decide where to stay in Phuket - Hyatt is highly recommended.

The good: outstanding breakfast, all personal very friendly and willing to help, we were allowed to do a late check out, shuttle bus to the town, great pool for kids (very wide and clean with ocean view, although some of the tiles are coming out). The bad: we had to leave a 30% deposit of the total price of our stay which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking or advised beforehand, the rooms are up the hill so you need the boogie service to come and go to the room (a bit of an inconvenience travelling with kids), the restaurants of the hotel were extremely expensive (we paid 7aud for half an avocado) and made it not enjoyable to stay longer around the pool or for dinner there.

The hotel built on a hill side so it was difficult to move around but they provide 24hrs shuttle service that takes you to your room

The huge pool is really amazing and so inviting Huge room, great breakfast with really great service. The marine biology center is a nice addition. The hotel is very well maintained, very clean. The bar at the top has great music and view.

The location is not a walking distance from Kamala beach and center, but the hotel does offer free shuttle. The beach in front of the hotel is very rocky. The buffet dinner is too expensive and doesn’t really worth it, the buffet during breakfast is 10 times bigger. The kids club is very small, and in general the hotel doesn’t offer a lot of activities for toddlers. There could be plastic cups and cutlery for kids instead of disposable ones.
