We stayed at the Hyatt Regency from 26th September up until the 2nd of October! The location, food, staff, ambience, everything is a 10/10. Special shout out to Lee for taking really good care of us, everyday I’d look forward to spending time by the pool in one of the cabanas after breakfast and he made sure that we were always his top priority, he would always go above and beyond in making sure our stay was blissful. Also, special shout to Mickey as well, we did the tuktuk adventure with him and it was definitely the best experience from our entire trip. Both their energies and enthusiasm were contagious and beautiful!! Would 100% recommend this resort for your next stay!!☺️

Location, service, and staff. Jim at the poolside restaurant and our check-in personnel Asis were especially fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and very pleasant.

We had an absolutely memorable stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort! It was our first family trip and our first visit to Thailand, and the experience was truly special. The resort itself is beautiful surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking sea views that make you instantly relax. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. The pool and breakfast area are fantastic, especially for families. We also appreciated that halal food options were available. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a bit far from the main attractions in Phuket, so you’ll need a taxi to reach most places. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to Kamala Center at different times for pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy the view, and spend quality time with family. Thank you to the whole Hyatt team for making our stay so memorable — we’ll definitely come back! 💚

The food was ok, and very pricey. Casa Boho - stunning views but very sterile, they tried to make everything too “posh” which is ok, but there was zero vibe and a bit dull. This is more of a family hotel, pool was too warm and was taken over by kids and families (this could be due to the time of the year we were there). Because there was no music it was quite loud of screaming kids. I recommend to management to make activities in the resort more interesting and incentivise more the use of facilities for couples.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Hyatt for our honeymoon, the service was exceptional from the start, with excellent pre-arrival communication to ensure all our needs were met. The resort’s 24-hour buggy service made getting around easy and convenient, even during busy times. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Our spacious room offered a breathtaking view of Kamala Beach and the main hotel pool, which we woke up to each morning, highly recommend booking an Ocean View room. The Regency Club access was a great perk, offering complimentary drinks and canapés, my only recommendation/improvement here would be to increase the food options as it was quite minimal. A true standout was The Pool House restaurant, an underrated gem with five-star food and service, we ended up dining there most days and loved every meal. This is easily one of the best resorts we’ve ever experienced.

The Regency Club access could have had more food options, and the happy hour could have been extended. Other than that, we would 1000% recommend it, it was the most perfect stay

We stayed for 3 nights and it was more than enough. It’s definitely a place for families to stay. Breakfast comes with a lot of variety of food. Drinks were great. We loved the restaurant-bar on the hill - it offered a much more calm atmosphere than all the kids running around in the main lobby screaming like there is no tomorrow. Staff is incredibly attentive and friendly.

Language barrier with some staff - We called to receive assistance on TV remote that never worked - Phone did not work for a day - it was replaced.

The family room was perfect for our family of 5. Spacious, comfortable and a good size balcony with views of the ocean. Big bathroom. The gigantic pool was amazing and there were kids activities on all day, some free and others ranging from 300-1800 baht. The staff were very friendly and attentive and our kids felt right at home. Our kids also really enjoyed the marine biological centre. Delicious breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight of our stay. They also have a free shuttle every hour to take you into Kamala Beach centre.

Wall is close when sitting on toilet. The beds were a little hard for my liking.

The room experience was outstanding—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The pool was enormous, beautifully maintained, and a real delight to use. The breakfast was the highlight of my stay—lavishly spread, with exceptional quality that easily deserves a 20/10. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience truly memorable.

There are a couple of areas that could be improved: 1. While the hotel is advertised as kid-friendly and does offer several activities, most of them come at an additional cost, which can feel a bit expensive. 2. Although the property is located on the beachfront, it’s not directly on a swimmable or sandy beach. The nearest beach, Kamala, is about 1 km away, which can be slightly inconvenient for guests who prefer easy access between the beach and their room.

We stayed at The Hyatt for 5 nights with our family (children 6 and 4) and had the most amazing time. All of the staff were incredible - staff who drove buggies, looked after the pool area, all the staff in the restaurants / bars, reception, kids club and those who kept the property clean (hope I havent missed anyone!). The food at each of the restaurants was diverse, very tasty and good value for the quality served. The kids club was fantastic - lots of activities for our children and the staff were very friendly and caring for the children. The general facilities were also of a high standard - we will definitely be back!
