The location was perfect and a good value for our travel, it was a last minute stop. There was plenty of fast food, coffee and gas stations nearby. We stayed in a family suite and it was comfortable for 5 of us to move around in. Room was clean and well layed out. Bonus, we were able to fill our water bottles from the filtered water in the exercise room.

Elevators were shaky and bumpy making for some nervous rides up and down. Disappointed in the breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic and unimpressive. Options for bagels, muffins, oatmeal, grits, eggs, sausage, waffles. There were plenty of options for oatmeal toppings but not many hot food options.

The customer service was great, very attentive. They even called us after settling in to ensure everything was ok, which is unheard of nowadays. My only complaint is the guy who helped us check-in said the county we live in is “trashy”. Flagler county is known to be a very good county so I think that was uncalled for. And even if it was, that’s not the way to make a customer feel welcomed. Specially since we weren’t even the ones who started the conversation, he saw our address on our driver’s license during check in. I thought it was a bit rude.

Everything was great except on the morning of check out we saw a small cockroach in the bathroom. And no, it wasn’t a palmetto bug, I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and know the difference.

Had a 9 night stay here for events in the area. Great location off the interstate. Lots of food options and shopping nearby. Great parking facilities. The included breakfast was fantastic to start the day and a real bonus.

Pool area could do with a bit of a tidy up and housekeeping staff could have paid a little more attention to detail

Very clean and well appointed hotel! Spacious rooms, exceptionally friendly staff, comfortable beds (being on the road for a couple days-this bed was a blessing!) and very nice breakfast with vegetarian/vegan AND gluten free options! (Not things I’m concerned about, but super nice for that lifestyle choice) 👍🏼😃. We did not use the pool, but it was clean and well tended. off I-75. Some road noise, but the convenience for travel and lots of food choices nearby made up for that minor detail.

The room was very clean and well taken care of the couch was very comfortable the t.v. channel selection was nice and the morning breakfast was very good

Very clean, big rooms in a great location. Great hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal/grits with toppings, bagels, muffins, yogurt and drinks. Hot tasty coffee. Small gym and pool. Best of all: Friendly & helpful staff!

Parking may be an issue when coming in late at night. May get crowded at times.

I loved the friendly staff, they accommodate all of our needs and how clean it was. The room smelled so fresh when we first walked in.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room begun the second night to smell like a sewer. I personally think that had nothing to do with the lack of care of the facility.

The only thing is there was an terrible smell on my floor which was the 3rd floor. It smelled like water had leaked and the carpet got wet and was in the process of drying but once I got closer to my room and inside the room it didn’t smell.

I always know what to expect at SpringHill Suites which is cleanliness and comfort for my family at a reasonable rate. The lady at the breakfast was soooooooo friendly and went out of her way to make conversation and make us feel welcome. You need someone like her at every hotel

Pool and breakfast great. It was great except I had a bad experience with a rude employee named Marlene. Tara, on the other hand, was excellent!!! So were the breakfast ladies. They were so sweet. Towels were non existent for the pool and took hours to arrive to our room as well.
