Aux Ateliers is a large complex, comprising of bowling alley, cafe, bar, hotel etc. Despite there being a lot of activity, our stay was peaceful and the rooms are well away from sources of noise. We had dinner and breakfast included; both were excellent. Staff very pleasant and helpful and a good level of English is spoken, which is good for people like me, whose French is very rusty. The accommodation is clean and spacious. Well located for motorway and a large supermarket is close by.

Really unique concept Hotel. Kids would love to stay here. So many entertainment features: rock climbing, bowling etc. Our room was very comfortable the and the bathroom was very nice. Best towels! Good climate control and a very comfortable bed. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed with half board and the evening meal was very satisfying.

There was a bus load of tourists who went to breakfast just before us and absolutely overwhelmed the staff and decimated the buffet. There was very little left for us and the poor girl was struggling to clean up. There wasn't even milk left in the coffee machine. Perhaps more staff would have been helpful.

The rooms were comfortable and brand new. The towels were excellent quality, worthy of a five star. The staff was professional and friendly. They had organized connecting rooms for us as and were reactive and helpful at all times. A perfect stay just off the highway with connected bowling alley, billiards, climbing wall etc. Also all brand new. Delicious breakfast worthy of a five star. Excellent value and even better than expected.

Perfect hotel, I like it. Clean, new and comfortable.

The management of the hotel should put in order checking out time. We had e-mail from booking with the check-out 11 am, but the receptionist trying to through us away of the hotel at 10 am with the explanation that it’s a policy of hotel so we must hurry up. Unpleasant situation.

A brezel to get to from the highway but great to just stop, eat, sleep, leave. Very easy to check in, loads of fun in the playing halls downstairs of the hotel. Beware with kids, might be overly exiting and they won't sleep anymore afterwards.

The airconditioning blowing onto the beds, too bad that architects never consider that better. Also, for the window to be opened it might be a bit loud at night.

Clean, modern, great breakfast, friendly staff. Sensibly priced with a well appointed room. Will definitely return here if I am in the area again.

The only downside is that the attached bowling alley means there are many people driving in and past the hotel parking area, felt a little uneasy that everyone gets to see my bike, there were however absolutely no issues. There might not be many places of interest in walking distance but I did not look so perhaps there are.

The hotel is brand new, near Besancon, so it was perfect as we were driving across France. The hotel is separate but part of a ten-pin bowling alley, laser tag and other games plus a fabulous restaurant and bar - it was full of French people who I assume were locals. The staff in both the hotel and restaurant went out of their way to be helpful, considering we only had high school French.

This is a great place for a stopover. It’s very close to the highway yet quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the onsite restaurant and the breakfast buffet was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Very unique looking hotel with the rusted metal paneling. Staff was very friendly to me and my dog. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Nice shower with plenty of water pressure.

I wish I would have had time to enjoy the bowling alley, bar, and restaurant. I will have to visit again.

A great place just off the motorway, perfect to stay for a night when travelling through France. We particularly enjoyed the bowling alley. The staff were very friendly. Dog friendly.
