Delighted with our stay here while cycling the Via Francigina. The staff were extremely accommodating with storing our bikes and offering an early check in. The room was very spacious for an ibis ,with tea and coffee and a huge shower. Also extra pillows which was a rare occurrence on our trip . Breakfast was included which was excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice and a fabulous selection of teas, coffees and cold breakfast foods to choose from. It was really exceptional value considering the price.

Nothing It is a few kilometres out of Besancon which didn't bother us,but if you were walking it's a very steep route

This was our 3rd stay in the hotel. The reason for us is that it is not only perfect location on our journey, but most importantly, the team is professional, but friendly, welcoming, we could stay with our dog, Maison, who is also always welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are comfortable and cozy. We love this hotel, and its team. Always a short stop for us, but we can nicely rest and relax before the next day travel. Thank you.

I would slightly improve the breakfast selection, but honestly, nothing to really complain about.

We stayed one night traveling through. The staff is very friendly and helpful , especially at the restaurant. Food is excellent with great attention to detail ( we had dinner a la carte and the breakfast buffet ) We also love the lawn area with seating to lounge under the trees. Very good value and a very pleasant surprise.

Hallways have a musky smell but everything is clean and comfortable.

Amazing service from the staff. Special thanks to Laura who went the extra mile to have the handicapped room available early so that my 86 years old mother could have some rest after a long drive. Thank you so much for all your efforts.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed and I did not know that or maybe simply did not read the information when I made the booking and expected it to be open every day. We found an alternative nearby, so no problem.

The breakfast was really good, freshly squeezed orange juice was particularly nice. All the staff were really friendly. There were games to pay in the foyer for children of all ages. It was bright and cheerful inside and the beds were comfortable with good showers.

The building looked a little tired form the outside but it did make it a very pleasant surprise when stepping inside the hotel. It would be a little tricky to get there if you didn't have a car but it was only a five minutes drive into the town.

The room and bathroom were wonderfully large, very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable with nice linen. Free parking on site. The young waiter who was on breakfast buffet duty both days we were there was delightful and the most friendly person we have so far encountered on our trip.

Whilst the breakfast buffet was good, I would not recommend dining in the restaurant. The entrecôte I had there was the worst I have ever had and the waitress, who took away most of it still on my plate, did not even wait for an answer to her question as to whether everything was fine. The front desk staff also seemed similarly inexperienced.

The room was good and quiet. With the air conditioning we could sleep very well. We did eat our good dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great selection of fresh fruits.

The soap dispenser is a bit high for smaller people.

Breakfast was good with sufficient variety and choice of drinks, food, deserts. Rooms were clean and roomy but basic. The ones we stayed in were refurbished but it was modern/minimalistic for interieur/decor. Staff was friendly. Plus is the garden, pool and cocktailbar. It shows that this was an hotel from different owner that was refurbished - mostly with minimal cost effort to comply with "kyriad standard". Overall good stay due to value for money.

Rooms decorating was rather "cold/distant". Rooms could be decorated much more welcoming with warmer colors and furniture. Plus : the rooms are roomy and clean.

Meals were excellent and rooms were big and spacious, check in was simple and straight forward. Access code to enter car park was emailed the day before arrival so avoided any issues gaining access. overall an enjoyable stay

Outside façade is in need of a tidy, bit dirty looking, inside however was spotless.

The breakfast, the parking, the grounds including the pool and large green area, beds were comfortable, showers were ok, the restaurant and staff were very good too and easy to get to public transport into the town.

The air conditioning wasn’t very effective, towels were a bit tired, you couldn’t turn on the shower tap to give the kids a shower without getting wet!
