Lovely cosy & homely hotel run by Madam Fanny (who ran the place on her own) and was the most convivial and friendly host. She made us most welcome, and couldn't do enough to ensure our comfort and enjoy our stay. The lovely pool was a bonus after a long day travelling, and drinks on the terrace a welcome end to the day.

Difficult to find anything we didn't like, but although breakfast was lovely, and we opted for a late(r) start the (greedy) guests before us had finished all the Croissants - but that was probably our own fault for being so lazy....

The hotel is really easy to find with excellent parking alongside, absolutely gorgeous building. Meals were FABULOUS. We visited in Winter, and the rooms were warm and cosy. In summer this property would be an extra special place with the verandahs and swimming pool. We particularly enjoyed the small well mannered cat who lives there, her presence is optional but loved having her company at breakfast.

We loved the accommodation, very spacious for family of four. Fab pool. The owner Fanny has reasonable English which helped as our French lingual skills are poor. The town has one fabulous restaurant close by but not much else. Great place to go if you just want peace and tranquility with a good book and bottle of wine. Thank you Fanny xxx

The town had little to offer. 1 hour on train to Bergerac.. Love France.

Charming, delightful & comfortable; I slept like a baby in a sumptuous room and had a delicious breakfast in their lovely garden.

There was no air con in my room, but as the hotel is a beautiful old building with high ceilings it was perfectly comfortable and I slept like a baby.

Really nice hotel in a large classical French house. Really lovely owner who's French was easy to understand, new ensuite bathroom and great continental breakfast. Amazing restaurant 50m away too.

Took me a while to find the entrance, it is the one in the car park.

Fanny was very sociable and helpful. The house is immaculate, it's old with great character and lovely decor. Unfortunately the weather was not suitable for us to use the lovely pool or garden.

Lovely French style, friendly helpful owner, beautiful room, good facilities, lovely grounds and pool. was close to Chateau where we were attending a wedding.

would of been nice to have choice of evening food as village only seemed to have one restaurant near and open.

Nice, family atmosphere. A friendly, devoted owner. The hotel is located in an old 200-year-old house. Delicious, home-made food.

Everything was absolutely ok.

The room had loads of space, was clean and the pool was amazing! The grounds are lovely and it was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the chateaux where we were attending a wedding. Friendly owner ( Cathy) and tasty breakfast. Beautiful grounds.

All good - nothing to improve. Can't discuss local village amenities as it was a bank holiday weekend when we stayed.
