Yes we liked the setting and enjoyed the food. The proximity to the Train Station was wonderful. The staff at Reception were very helpful and friendly Thank you all. I would recommend this Hotel.

Location for local wedding The nice French family feel and ambience to the hotel

Rooms are a little small and would have liked more storage areas in bedroom and ensuite

The breakfast was just what we wanted and excellent. Francois started the service early at the weekends for us as well which was great. Thank you. The hotel had its own free parking too. It is very close to the station making the hotel also accessible by train.

It would have been nice to be able to have tea/coffee available at other times. Coutras itself offered very few opportunities for evening meals.

The hotel had character and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and served in an attractive setting. The man on reception gave an excellent recommendation for a restaurant and made the booking for us.

The shower didn’t work and the bathroom could do with updating.

Great hotel, clean, fabulous staff who go out of their way to help. Great all round stay & breakfast was A+

Friendly staff, next to train station, lovely breakfast space, spacious room.

We’re only given one towel in room, room wasn’t cleaned day 1.

This hotel is a little jam. We were planning to go to Bordeaux for the weekend, but all reasonably priced hotels were sold out. I am so glad I found this place. It’s a great value for the money, very nice rooms at a great location. And the staff is excellent. I don’t think we would have a better experience if we stayed in the bigger hotel.

Could hear water noises when people were taking a shower, but we can live with that. And pillows could be a bit larger.

location for cycling in the vineyards and train to Bordeaux . host was a perfectionist and attended to detail . great breakfast and very comfortable room

nothing but the town of Courtas has few attractive features and less desirable eating locations !

Staff were lovely, very helpful. A lovely relaxed atmosphere.
