Clean hotel and very appealing to the eyes especially with their marine type vision. Very central from the cruise ship terminal and the FT. Lauderdale airport. Loved the 19$ breakfast voucher ! Thank you !

Unfortunately the hotel had some renovations happening and there wasn't a broader menu for the restaurant and that they had run out of some of what our party wanted to order otherwise what we did order the food was good. Our coffee machine wasn't working in the room and unfortunately maintenance wasn't able to come to repair.

Room was ample, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is an easy location to get to and the close to the airport. For the right price, it's worth the stay.

The water pressure was absolutely lousy. Very, very weak. And the window shade was ripped and torn with a makeshift knot on the plastic pull to limit how low it could go. It stopped about a foot above the floor. My room faced a parking lot and was low enough to be see inside so there was a lack of total privacy while I slept. I would stay there again simply because it was convenient, clean and quiet. But the price I paid was a little high for the accommodations. And the price I was quoted was ultimately not what I paid.

The facility was great! Clean, modern, up to date on amenities. Offers a full restaurant on site so there's really no need to leave the site if you don't want to. We booked this hotel for it's location to the cruise port. LOVED that the hotel offered a shuttle to the cruise port. There was a fee associated with it but that was to be expected....it's what I call a " sanity fee"

There wasn't a thing that I didn't like! My husband and I usually find something to complain about as we travel alot and stay in alot of different hotels, however there really wasn't a thing that I would complain or nit pick about.

VERY ISOLATED. NO SHOPPING THAT YOU COULD WALK TO OR WALKING AREA. NEED UBER WHICH MADE THE STAY BETTER. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE MOTORCYCLES RACING FOR OVER 2-3 HOURS. APPARENTLY HAPPENS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK SOMETIMES TWICE. NO SLEEP WHILE IT IS HAPPENING WENT ON TO MIDNIGHT.

Had lunch, dinner, and breakfast there and all were very good and reasonably priced. Hotel was just 15 minutes from cruise port.

We were looking for a hotel near the cruiseport and this served the bill. It is however somewhat remotely located so you need a car to venture out. Didn’t like that the shower in the room has a glass wall so you can be seen from inside the bedroom in spite of a the shade that is meant to provide some privacy

The staff was very nice. Always checking to see if you needed anything. When we went to dinner at the dock my husband couldn't walk back up to the room and we got golf cart service back to the front desk. It was such a blessing

The bikes racing outside were terrible luckily I brought ear plugs

The booking said it was going to cost $305. PLus $20 parking for two nights plus a refundable deposit of $100. My charge was $505, of which I should get $100 back. Why was it $80 higher than shown on booking?

Did not purchase breakfast but did look it over. It should have been Complementary. Had to pay for Lyft to and from Cruise port and Airport. Should have been Complementary! Had to wait for room 4 early check in. A number of rooms should be set aside knowing cruises debark in the morning.

This was one of the best hotel experiences my husband and I have had. We arrived at the hotel well before check-in. The hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage. They informed us that there was no guarantee, but they could have a room ready for us early. We went to the beach and a few hours later our room was ready! The lobby, pool, and rooms were absolutely beautiful and so clean. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance that had great food. As a new breastfeeding mom I am traveling w/o my 6 month old, which can make milk storage difficult! At checkout the hotel allowed me to store my cooler of milk in their fridge, which is such a relief to not have to worry about it! At both check in and check out we worked with Marina who was absolutely wonderful!! We appreciate the care and kindness she displayed and the quality customer service she provided us! Beautiful decor, wonderful amenities, friendly and helpful staff

We know they are remodeling. We had some concerns about noise. There didn’t seem to be much sound insulation between rooms.
