great location to cruise port. staff was great. They were all happy and knowledgeable about the area, etc. The room and public areas were all clean and welcoming. bed was very comfortable.

there was no water in the lobby and we had to pay 2.50 for a small bottle to have water in the room. most hotels have at least a buffet container of water with glasses in the lobby. this was first hotel in a long time to not give you free bottles in your room. we came there from the airport on the shuttle with no way to stop and get any supplies, and we got fleeced for water on a $300 room. very bad policy Courtyard Marriott execs.

clean and beds were comfy. the pool was clean and perfect hours to get in after a long day.

the check in staff can be friendlier. not all the staff was bad but the one that checked me in at night was a little rude. after a long day it is unnecessary.

We chose this hotel because on the plane spotter's hotel website it was the only one at Fort Lauderdale that had a runway view. The app to check in online would not let us choose our own room so we came early to try and checkin to get a room with a runway view but there weren't any. After an hour wait the lady found a room on the sixth floor facing the runways but right at the very end of the hotel away from the airport so it was a stretch to do any spotting from there--needed strong binoculars and flightradar24 to get anything at all. So, a disappointment in that way, but the breakfast was good and there was a bath in the bathroom, so not all bad.

See what we did like. But I might comment that the lady checking us in was not very friendly or helpful at first. There was a bucket in the middle of the reception area catching drips from a leak in the ceiling.

The "bistro". Was not great!! not even good! They were only open for certain intervals. They adertised starbucks coffee. only served until 10Am they first night we got there they closed early. The staff was not consistant. Some of them closed earlier than they should have. Front Desk was great! Room was great. We were not there on a vacation. We had to go somewhere because we had a flood at our house but I wouldn't go back there in an area where there are so many places to choose from! They could do much better!

I was a little worried after I had read some reviews. However my own experience was terrific! This hotel was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy, we loved the extended tub/shower and the eating/waiting area in the lobby was very spacious. The food at their bistro was very good too! The best part was the staff! They were very kind and accommodating when we arrived before our room was ready. They stored our luggage so we could grab lunch and visit Bass Pro next door. They really know how to take care of their cruising guests! At any one time, they have about 10-20 guest coming in to stay. At the same time they've got about 20-30 people boarding shuttles to take them to the cruise port. Everything was handled professionally. I would definitely stay here again!

A few guests were rude towards the front desk and restaurant employees!

Elevators were not fully functional

The property is great, the room was spacious and great for 4 people, we spend one night there and the check in was easy, the staff were welcoming and there was a restaurant on site which offered breakfast which was also very good. There si a shuttle bus from FLL which was fast and easy to use offered for free.

The cleanliness was not up to standard, however it is something which is easily fixed.

Location, price, and comfortability. They let me check in early.

Staff was argumentative at check in when I called in advance to see if I could check in early and they said it wouldn’t be a problem because they had plenty of open rooms available and then I arrived and they said well you should have told them your name and gotten their name, because we don’t have rooms available. Then they tried to charge me for the room when I already paid via booking.com. Then they argued with me and said that I hadn’t paid when I did. They were only friendly once they realized I had booked a bigger room with a balcony. It was frustrating.

Clean

Had a class for weekend ask for late Che k-out. Staff never communicated with housekeeping. Housekeeping went in my room threw out my lunch and bagged up my items in a garbage bag as if I checked out. Was told they were not even suppose to be cleaning that early. I was very upset!

Loved the location and the room was wonderful for the money.

I didn’t like the green water in the bath at all. I ran it three times and it was green each time. They offered for someone to look at it but that no one could change it that day. I felt they should have offered some compensation since I couldn’t take a bath but they didn’t and I didn’t ask.
