Breakfast was great, although I missed having waffles with breakfast. Like we had during our last stay with you. Should be added back to the menu. Also condensed milk should be available for oatmeal. My room was great with minor concern. Shower curtains should be changed for a new one, if stains at the bottom lining are unable to remove after cleaning.

I didn't like the dirty yellow stain at the bottom lining of the shower curtain. Should have been replaced with a new one. Before guests arrive! Room/cleaning service of fresh sheets & towels should be provided each morning/daily! I didn't receive room service or offered extra towels

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a free airport shuttle and they had a shuttle to the cruise port but I had to pay for that. Not a lot though.

It was noisy being beside the highway. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The lobby was small and a little run down. There wasn't a lot of room when there were a bunch of people checking out. They had nice seats to sit inside to wait for my ride but none outside. Some seats outside would have been nice.

The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff was really nice & welcoming, i would definetly stay again.🤩🤩

They were extremely accommodating to cruise guests. We got there at 11am and they held our bags for us until our room was ready. Even got us on an early check in list and we got our room at 2pm. Breakfast was great. Free shuttle to the airport was fantastic.

The maintenance in the bathroom for room 122 could be better. Shower didn't work the best and the handle was molding off.

I liked the warm family feeling when I entered the hotel and the warm atmosphere. It was a fantastic family trip for my family and I. We would most definitely recommend staying here for all your needs when traveling.

The only thing I didn't like was an extended wait time for extra towels.the pool was undergoing some upgrades and repairs I guess. But nevertheless I still enjoyed my stay.

The Size of the rooms and all the amenities and how close it was to food and shopping

We enjoyed everything about this property it was beautifully laid out great design staff was very friendly just lovely all the girls at the front desk were wonderful. The swimming pool really enjoyed it also enjoyed some visits from some iguanas that was really cute.

We only stayed there for a night after our cruise. We weren't there long enough to really explore the area or to use any of the hotel facilities. The front desk staff was very accommodating in trying to get our room ready before the 3pm check-in time.

When we checked in, we put our names on the list for the morning airport shuttle but when we showed up for the shuttle there was no room. It didn't make sense that they took our names but didn't hold spots for us on the shuttle.
