Check in , Check out, Breakfast good & plenty of hot coffee! - Clean facility for its age. Enjoyable walk to surrounding Restaurants - Millers Brew House a hit for us but a miss for another party traveling on the same itinerary.... can't please everyone I suppose.

Name of property/Description read as though close, close , close to the Airport/Cruise Terminal. Not really the case as there were some similarly priced properties much closer to Airport /Cruise Terminals. We chose this property due partly to Brand loyalty - as a result - Brand loyalty took a hit and I will trust but verify next time I book a room under this brand.

It was a nice room with great sun blocking curtains and the bed was comfortable.

The first day the breakfast wasn't up to their normal. They didn't have yogurt and there wasn't any sugar anywhere for the coffee which was cold. It just felt like they were trying to scale down all of the breakfast experiance. The second morning they served hard boiled eggs, not very enjoyable first thing in the morning. The bed pillows were very unsatisfactory as they didn't hold their shape. Also, the toilet was very short, so the water was very close to my private parts.

Great staff, clean and comfortable room, good hot breakfast, amazing shuttle drive - this group far exceed my expectations. Clearly "above and beyond" staff. Excellent and exceptional service, keep up the great work.

Spirit had malfunction with plane leaving out of Houston which caused us to miss connecting flight in Fort Lauderdale, spirit rebooked us for the following morning - and we had to find last minute arrangements for that day and evening. So that how we ended up at your property. Your staff turned a horrible situation into an amazing and memorable stay. Thanks guys 💕

Great room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, movie theatre, small shopping centre. Shuttle to airport

The key cards would not hold the info. We had to get them redone every day. VERY frustrating, however staff was also frustrated that the key card system was continually failing The staff was SUPER good about getting us back into our room and dealing with everyone's frustration. (All rooms were having issues with key cards). Hotel needs to UPGRADE

The staff was unbelievable!! Loved the pond. Loved all the ducks. Loved the location.. there is a free shuttle for the airport. To be picked up and brought back. They also shuttle you around a few miles. We used them to get to the movies. Out to dinner ect. The breakfast was ok Not sure what the sausage was?? Scrambled eggs were good. They had fresh oranges. Over all I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff just makes this place great

It could do with an upgrade. Elevator slow, not all my lights worked. Didn't like the french doors in the bathroom. The tile in the pool was falling off. I would have liked Kleenex in our room. Just shampoo and a bar of soap. I was hoping for conditioner.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was better than expected for quality, but variety and quantity was lacking. Breakfast area was clean and service was good. Not crowded amongst other buildings; nice grounds.

Water in the lobby was always empty. Shuttle is not available as much as advertised. It only runs to the airport until about 10:15pm, not 11:00pm (driver won't make a run that puts him back at the hotel after quittin' time). They can only take you to one place for food or shopping. They don't like to call a taxi; they expect everyone to use Uber. You can't really walk anywhere unless you can walk at least a mile. "Close" is only on a map, but far away by the walking route.

I really liked everything. The hotel was very clean, located right in front of a beautiful lake, in a calm and quiet area, and just minutes from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to using it. It would have been the perfect way to relax after my travels.

My first reservation was cancelled while i was on the cruise because i was out of range. I did not get the Message until we got back to port. I booked last minute. I liked the airport pickup, the driver was a sweetheart, jazzucci, staff, breakfast. I was happy to be there and even happier the first hotel was cancelled.

The cleaning staff didn't come to clean my room or ask if i needed fresh towels. They were in their own maintenance world

3 staff at front desk didn't answer the phone when we called from airport. We were standing in the rain trying to find the shuttle. In the elevator, a young girl staff was listening to a music or story on her phone that we could all hear; should use ear plugs or turn off when guests are in the same elevator. Fresh water station was empty in the morning. Lg dispenser bottles still there from day before.
