The staff was great, Alina was extremely helpful. We stayed here unexpectedly as my wife developed RSV while on a dive trip in the Bahamas. Upon arrival Alinda recommend a nearby emergency room for treatment. She then allowed us a late check out due our late airline departure which was delayed.

After I booked I called and asked for a shuttle from Tropical Ocean airlines at Ft. Lauderdale airport and was told since weren't in a zone the shuttle would not pick us up. I called an Uber to get us to the hotel. Also, din8ng hours are limited, an option for lunch hours would have been great.

I loved how the property is immaculate. The architecture is pretty beautiful for an airport hotel. The pool area is very pretty with nice seating options in and out of the sun. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff check in staff are so kind and professional. I also liked how it is walking distance from a Dennys, McDonalds, iced coffee shop and gas station convenience store. Huge plus. Also we actually had a blast at night eating at Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville. There is a huge boardwalk behind there where my family had a blast! A missed flight turned into a fun extra day.

I didn’t like that there were a few stray hairs in the bathroom.

We have trusted Holiday Inn since we travelled with young children. The staff is always diligent. THE Key lime pie and cheesecake we ATE BY THE POOL CAFE were quite the treat. It was a beutiful pool at nite adding to the scenery. TOWELS were changed in the room daily which some other hotels have skipped.... many food choices and very central to our sightseeing. Wish they had some flyers about local restaurants..They did this in virginia, off 95 and was so helpful since we did not know that area. PLENTU OF FREE ANF SAFE PARKING..

This is a great property. The Front Desk staff are very professional. All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was very good. The pool area is very nicely landscaped. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. If you have a car rental to return there is a gas station right next store. Less than 15 minutes from the airport. We will definitely stay here again if in the area

Hotel is immediately to the left as you exit the Tri Rail (Sheraton station) and there is a pedestrian crossing to cross the very busy road. Train runs every hour during work hours, not so for evenings and weekends. Very affordable, train takes you right to Miami airport. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Had some trouble booking a shuttle from Fort Lauderdale airport to the hotel, as I did not have a phone and they did not respond to messaging through booking.com. Thankfully the driver did take me, despite not reserving it in advance. Uber needed if you wanted to get to the beach or sites (more than 1 hour walk). Busy traffic in area makes walking not very enjoyable.

First off, the staff allowed us to store our luggage and they encouraged us to take a short trip to Hollywood Beach which was a great idea. The rooms were very spacious, perfect for the three little kids. The pool was a tropical oasis that we didn't expect.

Our two rooms were separate and they were not ready for us upon return from the beach. I think we finally received the keys at around 4:30.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. My room was very spacious and much more than I expected. The pool area looked beautiful.

The restaurant was very short staffed and slow. After a long travel day, all I wanted was a sandwich and even that took well over half an hour. The breakfast was even worse. Not enough staff and people standing everywhere trying to get in. The staff looked overworked and were not friendly. I ended up ordering a fruit bowl so that I could get out in time for my shuttle to the pier.

Good location. Shuttle driver Robyn was fantastic and other staff were very helpful. Nice outdoor pool with lounging area.

This was obviously an older building that was in the process of (or had been) refurbished. Room furnishings were unmatched holdovers. Bed was very comfortable with clean white linens and great pillows.

The Room was very comfortable. Pool was good. The Breakfast was not Buffet. Instead it was on order. However, the breakfast was good and open to order anything from the menu. It just that it was taking bit long for delivering the breakfast due to shortage of waiter resources. The staff was very corporative. It was a comfortable stay.

The time for breakfast especially on weekend.
