Loved the Smaller boutique hotel vibe, loved the decor, they let us checkin early since we had just gotten off a cruise ship and were just staying 1 nite waiting to fly out..that was great! Close to airport. Convenient shuttle service to airport The 2 front desk employees we encountered were very cordial and helpful

Pool lounge chairs were basically all broken in the seat, they definitely need replaced ..safety hazard for sure, plus just not comfortable..I was afraid I would fall thru my chair while we were out there, as there weren't any choices that weren't broken More umbrellas or shaded area close to pool Beds could've been more comfy..mattresses seemed super hard

We booked on Booking.com (Which I use most of the time), From the time we checked into Front Desk ... where the young who was working, we recieved an excellent welcoming and service. Was late, did not eat there but we did enjoy a few beers serviced by another very nice and friendly bartender. Our room 721 was very very enjoyable, clean, great shower, plenty of towels, etc. very comfortable bed, etc, etc When we travel to the Ft Lauderdale area we always try to book with Dello and if available ... have always experienced an excellent stay ... KUDOS to everyone at Hotel Dello EJB,Sr

Location, bed, hot water

The room is huge but not well utilized. The location is good. Breakfast at $20 is high. The staff is not super friendly. The place could use some updates ngm

The air conditioning was soooo loud

The staff, especially Anna, were wonderful. They are helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome. Even though check in time was 3 pm Anna was able to find us a room earlier which was greatly appreciated. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

The only down side was the airport shuttle service, supposedly every 30 minutes was 20 minutes late, causing us a lot of stress and rushing to catch our plane.

Loved this hotel perfect location , food was amazing. Rooms were clean house keepers were nice and friendly,m. Outstanding customer service I was able to message them on what’s app for whatever I needed and they helped me quickly with everything making everything easy and stress free, definitely what we needed after 12 hour flight from USA. Would recommend!

This hotel was super clean, very helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable! Room size is great. Parking was great and no fees to park while standing at hotel. Love it’s location to shops & things to do.

No sliding doors from rooms to outside. Even a small balcony would had been nice. The bathroom could had been alittle bigger.

Cleanliness, price, location

We ate at the bar after a long days travel. The bartender couldn’t have been nicer. But the food, we ordered 3 different times, took AN HOUR to come out of the kitchen. Thats unacceptable. It was good food once we got it, but we were famished and told 25 min. Also you were out of so many things. Jack Daniel’s, lemons and limes, veggies for the pizza.

It worked well for our overnight stay, close to FLL airport, our room was clean.

The shower was pretty tight, the bed was a little too soft but I guess it is just the way they bought the mattress. Appliances in our room needed an upgrade, The coffee was undrinkable, I think this hotel was very overpriced, for what it delivers.
