The overall service was great. The room was nice and clean. The hotel had a good variety of food for dinner, which was very good. The burger was the best, and chicken wings were tender and the sweet chili sauce was on the side but a great sauce. Great bartender and quick cook. The airport shuttle was good, but the driver demanded a $6 tip, lol. He also was driving a little reckless. Beautiful hotel, nice workout room, pool, hot tub.

We had a $5 tip for him, but before we could give it to him, he demanded $6. We gave it to him with no problem. It was funny to us because he had the audacity to demand his price for a tip. However, $6 was worth the trip.

My suite was extremely clean and it smelled new. They have been renovating it, so flooring is new, carpets too and I really enjoyed my stay. The room's lighting was so convenient and loved the floor plan with high ceilings. Bed was very comfortable. I loved that the hotel provided breakfast and the personnel were extremely nice and helpful! My room had 2 new TVs (one in the living space and another in the bedroom.) I will stay here again.

I didn't like that I went into a remodeling time. The front lobby was under renovation and workers were making noise on my floor early in the morning but it's understandable due to remodeling purposes. I would've like more cushioned pillows.

Proximity to Port Everglades (a private shuttle service operator comes every morning at 9 am. Book your pickup time from the schedule, pay $20 cash only. Easy trip, straight to your ship). It's a mad house of people coming from FLL who have to sit & wait in the lobby for a room. I got in from FLL at 11, didn't get into my room until after 3 pm. The hotel has seating in the lobby and their very large breakfast room. During the hours of waiting, some people walk down the block to Wendy's, others utilize Door Dash or Uber Eats for sustenance. The morning I left, breakfast eaters looked happy and they had generous portions.

Booking.com had my name switched: last name as first name - so it took awhile to even find my reservation at check-in.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, shuttle service was good for us after arrival at airport & to the hotel. Was the best hotel price in the area. Location was good with fast food within walking distance. Felt safe. Third party bus transportation to the cruise ship was on time & affordable. Nice selection for free continental breakfast.

.Not enough staff to cover check in or checkout. . Hotel had a bunch of phone calls to deal with that only left one person available. Would benefit by one more staff to handle incoming calls. Breakfast was good but needed more seating area to accommodate large amt of guests.

The bed was comfortable. The proximity to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport was a plus.

I was unable to enjoy the included breakfast. I had a flight to catch. Hopefully, there will be choices of breakfast to go for people who cannot make the 6 am included breakfast. A free sandwich, a box of cereal, or perhaps a yogurt from the vending machine, since my room charges included breakfast.

Convenient to airport and cruise port. Hotel was clean. Room was fine. Breakfast was just OK, nothing special. Eggs, sausage, bagels, potatoes, cold cereal, yogurt, coffee.

Hotel was not walkable to very much. Wendy's and Dunkin shared the same parking lot as the hotel. There was also a seafood restaurant nearby. Publix was a 1.4 mile walk along a very busy road. Hotel water pressure was very weak. Breakfast area was small and needed more seating.

We were told we would be notified when our room was ready and that it would be by 3:00 P.m. but we didn’t get a call and finally went for dinner. When we came back, I asked about our room as we didn’t get a call, and the girl at the desk didn’t even apologize for not calling us. I felt this was rather rude. Also we had no hot water for our shower and I told them at the desk, but again all I got was we will look into it. We should have been given a credit in my opinion, we were going on a cruise and wanted to shower after our flight and before leaving on our cruise.

Proximity to airport was great the shuttle service was awesome. If you need to park there’s no fee. Amenities are nice and the room set up is really nice basically giving you a separate bedroom without a door. The breakfast was decent, usual stuff cereal waffles yogurt eggs sausage no bacon 😫. Overall great. Price wise more then usual but affordable. Also recommendations from staff on seafood restaurant was on the money.

Great location for us, next to the airport for travel the next day. We were very impressed with how quiet our room was: didn't hear noise from neighbors or from airplanes. Bed was comfortable, good breakfast, nice size room, clean. Good selection of television options, including Netflix (you have to already have an account).
