I was very happy to find the double room ,I chose, (private entrance from outside ) ..very spacious .The living room had nice quality large sofa bed , comfortable lounge chair , tv, telephone desk and office chair , coffee bar, fridge, microwave unit,, large luggage rack ,nice window and curtains. ….the adjoining bedroom had king bed, comfortable spotless linens ,tv, telephone ,2 night tables , dresser ,closet ,a lounge chair ….and patio door to small private balcony A large modern walk in glass shower , gleaming white sink wth modern silver faucet. Linens ,and really nice individual soaps,lotions,shampoos supplied daily . I felt it was a spacious,clean,comfortable and secure ,place to stay. Outdoor walkways ,stairs ,elevators , brightly lit at all times . The friendly cleaning staff ,were exceptional . Always courteous, respectful ,with a genuine smile , and ready to assist . The breakfast room and staff were great. Two lovely ladies . The hotel manager was wonderful , very helpful arranging my taxis .The pool / sauna area with the beautiful palm trees ,very beautiful and . relaxing . Best hotel to stay. The manager #1 . Best Western for sure !

Breakfast was from 6- 9:30 am Perhaps 6-10 am would have been better , I slept in one morning till 9:24 am 🙃 Still made it to breakfast !

I liked the spacious room, it was enough for me and my kids. The hot tub/ jacuzzi was wonderful.

The cleaning ladies didn't knock on the door, they just opened it up while we were half dressed asking if we needed anything. It was almost like they were up to no good. We didn't want our room cleaned because we were only staying for 2 nights and we were in and out all day. That was very uncomfortable and my kids were scared because they thought something bad was about to happen. I don't like my kids being afraid especially when they with me because I'm their protector.

The room didn't have fan in bathroom to help with steam, so the fire alarm kept going off everytime we take a hot shower. We had to keep opening balcony door and take colder showers which we hate. And elevator didn't work. Was inconvenient to keep walking across from other side

The room was extremely lovely for the price and had everything that I liked in a hotel, like a couch, tv, fridge, microwave, a big comfortable bedroom, and a patio. It was also right next to the highway so it was easier to get to other surrounding local cities. In addition, it was within 10 minutes of the beach.

My only complaint was that the water pressure of the shower was very low, but overall it was a great stay.

Size of the 'room' was really nice. King bed and bathroom in one room, then a separate room with sofa bed, chair and desk. The interior seemed to have been updated compared to the outside of the hotel. Location off of 10th Street/Sawgrass Expressway near the exit for 95 was very good.

Outside of the hotel looked a bit tired. Balcony view was not good.

Everything! Down to the staff! They have the best rotating staff. I've never been to a Hotel that everything I come, the different staff members are all the same! Even the manager was awesome! Housekeeping. The women are so sweet a d always smiling.

It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The breakfast was really good. Good selection and the food was hot and tasty.

The ice machine on our floor was not working, but it was not inconvenient to go up to the next floor.

my children was very comfortable at check-in and the front desk associates are very helpful and resourceful. they are water babies so the shower was the most attracting and the pool was amazing. the room itself was a pretty good size and the pull-out couch looked like a king bed from the original room bed. no roaches which is a plus and it was very quiet for me to work since i am working from home. and it allowed for my husband who travels in trucks, to have a peaceful sleep too. my children didn't want to wake for breakfast but did love the taste and wanted to get back in the pool before leaving. i will be coming back. if your children aren't complaining about being bit in there sleep, not being comfortable in a pull-out bed and does not itch when they come from the pool... please go back to make more memories

the housekeepers seem to not like to speak to the guest or be very helpful. i am full Bahamian and speaking about people who they may not seem as if they are not from their country, will make some guest feel odd. i use to be a housekeeper and respect all positions in the world. I don't know what all guest they may have had a bad run in with but dont judge people because they are staying at your job. overall again the staff was pretty amazing at front desk

The room was good. Housekeepers were very nice. Breakfast was good. Front desk was good. Two televisions. Ice machine was convenient and it worked. Parking was good.

Smoking should be allowed around the pool since we saw several people smoking there. Interstate I95 is noisy but it is what it is. Room servicing for guests staying should be earlier in the day. Our room was never picked up until later in the afternoon. Housekeepers frequently missed leaving things (face cloths, coffee, cups,)

Great choices at breakfast. Better than many of competitors by far. Marvelous people work here. Always greet you as they pass. This excellent way warms my heart. Behavior starts at the top.

MUCH stronger coffee is my preference. Can always add water if too strong but once made weak...forget it!
