Simple, but modern motel-style room on second floor. Nice to have a balcony to sit out and enjoy the view and table and chairs both in the room and out on the balcony.

We arrive to find a huge red dumpster staking up three of four parking spaces right outside the block of rooms. We had no interaction with any staff other than text messages. There was a bit of noise of workers trolly-ing equipment and supplies across the paved area below our balcony.

made stopover in this property and really enjoy our stay: self check-in was easy, room is clean and has all necessities (except TV, but it's a good thing in our case!) Hotel pool was a big plus on a hot summer day; walking distance to gas station where you can get anything to eat/drink. Shared kitchen on the property is large, clean and help guests to cook your own meal at your own time. thanks to management team!

It was really well located, easily accessible, and the view was fantastic. There were a lot of facilities, a common room, a garden where we could lift up a fire, and lots of supplies available. The communal space had a huge kitchen, lots of tables, games etc… it was very cosy and welcoming. Self check in was great and all instructions given very clearly by sms. Coffee was available in the room too.

The bed was quite small, and the bathroom super narrow.

Lovely place. Amazing view and vibe. In the heart of little town in Charlevoix region. Room was comfortable, everything was clean. Bathroom was shared with one other room. Common areas were well equipped, beautifully decorated and functional. Lot of things to do around. Town was pretty, national parks were close.

Thé facility was well stocked in the community kitchen it was comfortable and satisfactory.

we stopped to eat before coming and the restaurant was slow due to low staff so we were late (20:20 arrival). due to a modification in the reservation a month prior, the code for the door was not sent out so we were locked out. fortunately a staff person was still around (after a panic of 10 min, trying to call a help line that was a voice recorder etc) and he helped us to get in but we were blamed for being late. he did acknowledge that it was due to the modification made mid September but it was an error with Booking.com not sending the right message.

The view is terrific, super quiet, and a relaxing environment.

Since we were located on the first floor, the sounds from above were quite loud. We would come back but would book a second floor unit.

I like the river and mountain view from our balcony. The price and the confort in the price. Value for money.

I would have given this roperty 10 out of 10 if the room size would have a bit bigger and have a small tube of toothpaste and brushes.

Location and scenery was awesome. Very easy self check in.

Toilet a little too small. Water pressure is not enough. Parking space is very limited and narrow. Walls were paper thin.

Kitchen utensils not enough like cups, not a single one and paper towels, etc
