The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chef also went out of his way to accommodate some special needs we required for our meals. Frieda went out of her way to make sure we received all we needed. Lerato at the spa gave us a wonderful massage that left us very relaxed. The staff at reception were very welcoming and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at Sparkling waters. The guy at reception was always friendly and helpful and professional to make our stay comfortable. The facilities is excellent, great pool, the picnic spot has a beautiful scenery for pictures, the rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need.

The only two things, the hotel need to get pay point machine that caters for Diners Club International card. We struggle with that, had to go and get cash to pay the balance of the bill. The food need variety, can't be same every night. Allow guests to dish for themselves when it's buffet pleaseeee

It's a nice setting in the country and convenient for the work I was doing. Bed was comfortable and room had all the usual stuff. Room was spacious, but a bit old fashioned. Dinner was a buffet, breakfast as well and food was quite appetising and good selection.

WiFi was poor. Parking near the rooms and reception was limited, so had to park a long way away.

The venue and the facilities were good.The staff was friendly but more needs to be done for the spa facilities and the gym as there is always no one to assist or to offer information. The place is not been looked at as it is supposed to. More can be done to attract tourists for the place. Professional people are needed to give a boost to the facility. The cleaning ladies are the best

The place to be given more professional attention. The food to be improved to have a variety including a variety of buffet as advertised. To also have activities as in the advert or marketing of the place.

The staff was exceptional, they were kid friendly and i loved that the kids facilities were good, they were very helpful with all our requests

We didnt have a working toilet, the rooms could do with an upgrade - beautiful space in the rooms but very old The tv was not woking, all cords and plugs were open and the dstv decoder was hanging directly from the tv, nothing to hold it up so it was just hanging there - not safe for kids - spent a whole day and night with no tv signal

Overall it was a very nice stay, the place and the grounds are absolutely beautiful, no one got bored because of the facilities available, the games room was a winner, Winnie was really nice and helpful in the games room...oh and our waitress Dorris at dinner time, she was the best.

The bathrooms could do with a little bit of renovation on the tiles. On the plus side, they are spacious, the double shower is the best and hot water is available all the time.

The staff were super friendly and helpful; the food was tasty; the place was tranquil and restful.

Some areas could do with a bit of maintenance and not all of the spa facilities were available.

At the very last minute, I asked for wheelchair use for my elderly mother.to my suprise, wheelchair was provided for our whole weekend stay..that was awesome. 👌👌👌🙂

1. Not stated that Free Wifi is only available at the reception and restaurant . No Wifi Access in the rooms. Due to poor Network coverage in that area, accessing one's personal WiFi was also a nightmare. 2.indoor pool in the Spa is not heated.that is not mentioned in the brochures. 3. No planned activities/entertainment prpgramme for the weekend guests, seeing that this is a family oriented place- with indoor and outdoor games for kids..A weekend family programme and music at the outdoor areas(eg .pool) may make the place more attractive. 4. No internal telephones in the rooms.

I liked the fact that they had all kind of entertainment for kids we didn't have to go outside looking for entertainment it is value for money....the food was excellent 👌 the staff was really friendly and helpful... I can definitely visit that place again over and over.

Rooms are so comfortable and cleaned daily with fresh new towels provided. Staff is super freindly and Breakfast was delicious. My boyfriend lost his cell phone and it was found by the security guards and handed in at reception. We were so grateful and thankful for their honesty.

Would have like the Jacuzzi to be included but R50pp is not a bad price.
