The staff was friendly and just overall amazing. We loved the food, rooms were very clean.

The noise, this hotel is noisy over weekends. There is a rooftop bar and they play loud music all day until late at night. The rooms are very small, especially the bathroom, and have no fridge.

Rooms super Meals super Quality care or service from staff members excellent. They promised to refund me soon for the cancelled Room. Not yet received the money to date. I took our Iron outside the Room by mistake. It was used by the guests, ultimately they reported that they found it and promised to Courier it to Durban. I've nt heard that the iron has been delivered to Durban.

The fact that I booked a room upstairs with a balcony... Because I smoke and had to get a non-smoking room because I was travelling with my Child. That's why the room with a balcony... But I got a room on the first floor with no balcony. I had to walk through the reception and restaurant to have a smoke. Other than That, My stay was great

Our waiter was a gentleman called Mbongeni, he kept on checking up on us during our meals and ensured that what we needed was provided for. Breakfast was delicious, compliment to the chef and staff. Location,the place is situated on the outskirts, far away from the traffic noise and everything about the property was worth it.

Passing through the dining hall when heading to our room with the luggage felt a bit uncomfortable as there were people already seated. I know it's something that might not be fixed anytime soon but it will be a lovely thing.

the property itself was very clean, breakfast was good. Eish you could consider having carpets along bedside. also when you plan to extend the property please have bigger bathrooms, they are too small. especially for big bodied people. not every person is small bodied .

I love the staff especially TSHOLO, she is very friendly. she remembers why she is there. to make us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent.

Good breakfast, and the first day we received a box with some nice things to replace the breakfast, because we were in a hurry (going on a game drive)

Accidentally they put only 1 set of towels, and 1 bottle of water, and 1 coffee in the room, but the room was booked for 2 people But that was the only drawback and they brought the extra stuff quickly after we mentioned it.

Accurate Pictures they're not deceiving what you see is exactly what you get at the venue, I loved the rooms setup, the comfort of the beds and more especially the cleaness👌 the hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming

I suggest that you must have fruits and same bakeries like Muffins on your buffet setup beause some people they don't eat full breakfast before 10h00, and have someone ready to make the eggs the way we like them.

Room 131 the bed and the TV was not perfect we were supposed to go and watch TV to our friends who were some with us to their room
