I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and welcoming, checking me in quickly and efficiently. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh, which helped me sleep like a baby. This exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and quality service. I’ll definitely consider staying here again when I return to Rustenburg.

I had meeting with a group of people and after some discussion with the owner of the property, she allowed us to have our meeting at the property. I am thankful for that

However, my clients arrived at the property earlier than I, when I arrived they already parked outside the property. I called the number appearing on the board outside several times and there was no answer. Whilst waiting not knowing what to do, the owner arrived and from the other gate started chasing my clients away. I think she or the young man she was with should have approached them, greet respectfully and establiahed who are they and their reason for being there. It must be noted that this is happening when I am already parked at the main gate and busy calling to gain access. I think chasing them without knowing who they are or anything suspicious was off and did not sit well with my clients.

Location was good, very central for our needs. Very friendly staff, very helpful.

No door on the bathroom. Mattresses need replacing. There was a power failure so we couldn't make coffee...guesthouses in SA should have alternatives available by now. Aircon not working when the power was on and the room was very cold. Good thing there were extra blankets, thank you.

I travel quite frequently (monthly) for work to the Rustenburg area, Needless to say I've experienced multiple accommodations that side. But this one👌 is worth a praising review, amazing staff, amazing stay, clean room. Just exceptional. Definitely will be visiting again and again when am around.👏

The shower head and kettles could do with a good cleaning or replacement altogether, chalk building up

It was a self catering, the kitchen was neat and clean. I enjoyed the facility. The room was spacious and i booked for a period of ten days. It was indeed value for money. The stuff was friendly and the property is well secured. I highly recommend it.

Nothing, everything was superb

Everything, from the hospitality from the "gate lady" as she calls herself, to her taking us to our room and accommodating us with extra blankets and soap. And showing us around. Loved the green garden and braai area, big separate kitchen. Linen was white and crisp, smelted amazing, and everything was very clean.. loved it and would definitely go back. Great value for money. Also, there was a lot of noise, music early in the morning while we were still sleeping.. I sent a message to the owner, and not even 5 minutes had passed, and the music was off. I appreciate that. THANK YOU!!!!
